“Room was spacious clean and , the staff where amazing & the choice for breakfast was vast, traveled at wrong time of year to appreciate the outside but may have to revisit in summer to sit outside with a cold beer.”

“When we arrived it took the host some time to open the gate. We took a taxi as this place is quite far out from modena. When he opened the gate he did not help unload or ask how the journey was etc but was chatting with our taxi driver as we stood obviously waiting to get to our rooms. He then told us the restaurant on site is closed and so was the pool. It was early evening when we arrived. We asked if there is anywhere to get food and he said he would tell us where but then picked up a phone……

“Immaculately designed and uniquely presented, feels like a brand new property surrounded by vineyards yet walking distance to town centre. Wonderful pool, spacious rooms with lounge area, not any old fridge but a Smeg, luxurious furnishings - feels special. Breakfast a little short on choice but still acceptable. Thoroughly recommend”

“The property itself was beautiful. However it is not centrally located and we did not have a car. There were no restaurants or stores to walk to. On top of that they had a private party and we couldn’t get dinner at the restaurant, we went hungry after a long flight. The pool kiosk was not open. There were 3 waters in the fridge and no one at the desk to get more. Hungry, tired and frustrated was the start of our Italy experience!”

“Situato in zona tranquilla con parcheggio. Ottima pulizia. Titolare molto gentile e disponibile. A disposizione una piccola cucina x tisne frutta caffè ed altro. Quando ritornerò a Modena so già dove andare. Solo 15 minuti dal centro storico in macchina ”
