Much puppy ate marijuana from under the bed

My puppy got marijuana intoxication and I rushed her to the pet emergency. $900 later and rattled nerves, I'll never stay there again. Cigarette smoke and pot smoke in the hall. Outrageous.

Old, worn hotel, continental breakfast NOT!

Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: Everything.
Location: Across from the freeway. Nothing was within walking distance, need a car.
The continental breakfast included packets of oatmeal, tiny muffins in pre-sealed cellophane wrappers like you buy at the gas station, coffee, hot water, packaged creamer for coffee and sugar packets. The room was old and musty, but the smell got somewhat better after the air conditioner had been on for a few days. The kitchen was small, old and worn and completely unfurnished. Had to make several visits with the front desk to get everything we needed.

Nasty and not worth the rate

This place was disappointing. Pictures make it look nice (of course). In reality, it was not very clean, they were terribly understaffed, and the bed was as hard as a wood plank. Im usually quite easy to please, but could not believe that your room is not cleaned unless you stay a min of 8 nights and my wife actually had to carry our towels down to the front desk to receive fresh ones, as they wouldnt bring them to us. They referred to that as "room service" and its not avail until youve stayed 8 nights. LAUGHABLE!!! LITERALLY...my wife and i couldnt stop laughing at how ridiculous it was. So for 200/night, we had to take our own towels to front desk for exchange. Unbelievable. The elevators could use a nice wipe down and always smelled of nasty body odor and smokers. Ugh!!! Tired and nasty place. Wouldnt recommend.

No shampoo in bathroom,none of the pots pans or dishes in the kitchen that they advertise

Unhappy customer

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in please stay away. Needs a lot of improvement and replace all staff. the bed was very uncomfortable and the AC was very loud couldn't sleep at all. The breakfast was awful.

You know u booked the wrong hotel when there is a warning sign atbfront counter "police are authorized to see list of guest staying at extended stay america."

basic stay

Pros: easy to get to, basics were fine.
Cons: two small soaps were only amenities, no drinking glasses, no ice machine.
Location: within driving distance of good Target, a good restaurant "Bogie's"
minimal amenities, bed was comfortable, the recliner was a big plus! breakfast very minimal but coffee was good, Good shower.

Hotel was clean, room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. No issues at all. If you are looking for a clean place for your family at a reasonable price, this is the place for you.
