Top San Rafael Hotel Reviews

Handlery Union Square Hotel

Handlery Union Square Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"A nice, quaint hotel that has been around for many years and is close to Union Square and public transportation. We enjoyed staying there as we have in the past, although it that was before Covid. Our stay was made even more pleasurable by the Concierge, Judi, who helped us use a Waymo for the first time and also got us a reservation at Tadich when there were no tables showing available on Open Table. The staff were very friendly and eager to help when asked, even if it wasn't necessarily their job. I mistook one of the security personnel for a bellman, but he helped me with the luggage cart anyway. Parking was in a separate building but easy to get to and retrieval of our car was quick and easy. We would definitely stay there again."

"Great view and staff. Limited valet attendants lead to a back log to pull onto the property. It took over 15 minutes to get off the road adjacent to the property."
