Check in was communicated clearly and we had no issues accessing gate or front door. The Casita has a comfortable, roomy layout with lost of thoughtful touches. "The room was spotless, spacious, and the shower water was hot and soothing. The night manager at the front desk is also a really kind human. She cares about people because another guest needed jumper cable and she went out of her way to obtain one for the guest."
