“Couldn’t get into the place. Booked after 10pm and messaged as per instructions toons. Message was ignored. Booked a new room and was refused refund. There was no way to get in. Terrible experience.”

However, I was charged additional fees despite there being no extra requirements or services needed for the room. These rooms are clearly designed to accommodate at least two people.”

“Wir waren 5 Tage bei Francesco zu Gast und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse in der Morgensonne war jeden Morgen ein echtes Highlight – sehr großzügig und liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Lage ist hervorragend und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft von Francesco, der uns jederzeit freundlich unterstützt hat. Außerdem hat er uns ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert, was die Abreise sehr entspannt……

“It was late when we checked in, and the desk staff was so very helpful. Parking is tricky but she made sure I had the correct directions. We had a good night sleep. Breakfast was nice with a good selection and very attentive wait staff. Highly recommend this property!”

“Staff allowed us an early check-in which was a great bonus. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. ”

“We had a nice stay. The shower was good. The mattress was a bit soft. The breakfast was packaged things including jam, but we couldn't eat it because we didn't have a knife to spread the jam on the crackers. I'd have preferred a little voucher to spend in a nearby cafe. We didn't see the host, just communicated online. ”
