The private beach was nice although we didn’t use it much. We preferred the wonderful pool and the individual areas where we had our hammocks. Food was fantastic. I loved the shrimp ceviche!!!

Excellent service by the staff but the water quality was not so great,the water filter should be ruining all day long not only when the pool get maintenance in the morning,the beach also I woke up earlyto see the sun rise and it is unbelievable what some of guesses who where out at night,the mess the left behind, maybe it is not the property fault.

This hotel is ok
The hotel is far away from civilization, it is nice if you want to get away. The beach is nice but a bit dirty. The hotel rooms doea not have hot water. The rooms are a bit old but clean. The rest of the property is nice

The check in was at 330. And they want to strictly enforce it. Usually, when i have stayed on any of the best hotels in El Tunco, they would let me in at noon or even earlier . Same as in Las Vegas, check in is flexible and we are grateful when they let us in early as a courtesy. But not here. One of he ladies at the counter the younger one was realy nice. The older one not so much.

First stay it was OK, second booking , second night went downhill the service in particular a servers was very meticulous and contradicting FD about the include breakfast for my child, ended up paying for his breakfast and it should had been complementary as it was mention when I check in.

Great place to unwind and get away from it all
On business in El Salvador and wanted to relax for the weekend before transferring to Managua. This was the perfect place to relax, the surrounding gardens are very nice and the pool was great. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating

Small Resort on Pacific with Lovely Grounds
We stayed four nights here, one in a basic room and three in an upgraded room. There is no hot water in the basic room. There is good Wi-Fi and an excellent restaurant with attentive service. From the hotel, one can walk along the beach to the headland. The staff does not speak English. The pool is lovely and so are the grounds. Many local people come for day trips. We came as this hotel was the meeting point for a tour of El Salvador.

Does not live it up to its promise.
The description is misleading. It is not near the airport but rather 35 miles away. There are no laundry facilities on site. No ATMs either. The room was not a three-star hotel; no hot water in the shower. Overall, this was not what we expected.

Well the hotel is old an it needs more king zise beds there beds are old I always spend time here but I don't like small beds but I love the beach is beautiful an the pool is clean and big but there menu is very limited

Nice place for relaxation, good service, room comfortable with good size. beach Is clean, I guess I went on low season (august), but it was perfect, not many people, plenty of free tables, hammocks, shower at the entrance of the beach, food was good, I recommend the micheladas and the mangos.

Two nights at Pacific Paradise.
The hotel is located far from any real sort of 'life' outside of the hotel properties, so if you're looking to get away I highly recommend it. The prices is fairly decent, and hotels.com weekend pricing seems to be better than booking it locally (not the case with weekdays). The king room was spacious, and came with a balcony that allowed for my gf to escape the purposefully cold set temperature the AC. Food was decent, but I'd recommend requesting for their 'flute' like melodies to be changed to something more local, or anything different really... Unless flute is really your thing for the entirety of your meal. Try the pupusas, as I found them to be quite comparable to some of the better ones from downtown San Salvador. The sandy beaches were great, especially considering the rocky conditions of El Tunco for the time we were there. You can walk, or jog a very long stretch of the beach to catch some rays, and enjoy the sounds of the warm ocean waves. Overall we were happy with our stay, and would also like to mention the staff were quite helpful and friendly. The drive to the resort can seem long at night, or perhaps very dark would better describe it. But you'll immediately feel safe once on the grounds. Keep an open mind, be aware that it's a Spanish speaking location, and bring your sunscreen... This is a very decent little place.

Beautiful location and fantastic food.
We had an afternoon and one night stay as we were in transit to Roatan. We would like to have stayed longer. Beautiful beach, the hotel grounds were very nice and the food was amazing!! One of the best meals we have eaten.

A beautiful setting, and the temps are fabulous
Having just come from Wisconsin where it is very cold and snowy, this was a fabulous place to come where they had a very nice Valentines Day special for dinner. Loved it!

no refirgerator in room, they charge even for ice, the beach in itself is awesome and beautiful which makes stay in that particular place worth it- I booked two rooms with two beds each, but they told me that if more than 4 persosn stayed they would charge me more, which is not the usual, if more than two adults wish to stay in a room, it should be the case without extra charge. No internet in rooms, however, the national league of sand soccer of <el <salvador trains there. . . .it is an ok place. They definitely need a website that works.

Right on the water but you can't get to it. The private beach is cordoned off with barbed wire. The entire property is surrounded with a high wall topped with barbed wire. My room was bare of any decorations, even the wall mounted lights were just bare bulbs. There were dead bugs behind the toilet, several live ones in the room, and a large live one on the check in desk. They give you 2 sample packets of shampoo, no conditioner, & two tiny wrapped slivers of soap. No coffee pot or hair dryer. There was no hot water in the shower, but plenty in the sink. The pool is very big and looked nice and clean.

Nice Hotel on the Costa Del Sol in El Salvador
We really enjoyed our stay at the Pacific Paradise Hotel on the Costa del Sol in El Salvador. The hotel was clean, and it had a beautiful pool, which was empty almost all day on weekdays. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The waiters and bartenders spent a lot of time giving us directions to places we wanted to visit, and after we returned to the hotel each afternoon, they wanted to know all about our day and how we liked the places we went. The food was also excellent. The hotel served free breakfast each day, and we could choose anything we wanted from the menu. In the evening, they had delicious fried fish and other fresh seafood that had just been caught that day. We had a wonderful time at the Pacific Paradise Hotel, and we would definitely stay there again if we go back and visit El Salvador.

Costa Del Sol
This is a nice hotel located on the beach in Costa Del Sol. Its a great place to relax and get away from it all. The rooms are clean and comfortable with hot water, AC and cable TV. My room was close enough to the restaurant to receive WiFi, but most rooms don't have WiFi which is a negative for me. Service is excellent and the grounds are very well maintained. Costa Del Sol is one of the nicest beaches in El Salvador. There are a couple of good restaurants close by in addition to the hotel restaurant which is good and reasonably priced.

The beach in front of the hotel is stunning, great waves.the resort is very clean, very friendly staff. Awesome pool . Food is adequate . Rooms could use a bit of decorating . The grounds are well kept and well maintained. I would definitely come back
