A mini break

We really enjoyed our stay in San Sebastian and the hotel is located in the quieter part of the city but there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which was surprising as it's a 4* hotel but they have a cafeteria downstairs.
Be prepared for either a long walk along the prom to the old town and a bit further on again to the city area or use a local bus ride/taxi which are close by the hotel. It's worth taking the tour bus to get views of the different parts of this beautiful city.
There are lots of small, interesting shops and hundreds of tapas bars which are all very tempting. The buildings are beautiful and there is a lot to see. Be prepared for a lot of walking, as with all cities, but it's certainly worth it here.
