Se sentia muy caliente la habitacion, intentamos regular la temperatura pero no permitia menos de 28 grados. Aun asi apagamos la calefacción y siempre se sentia caliente.

A bit dated oldish hotel but conveniently located. Priced OK comparitively to other hotels within walking distance to the beach. Rooms are quite noisey. Neighbours can be heard easily.

It was close to the waterfront, restaurants and shopping. It was well looked after and renovated nicely even though it is an older hotel.

Very friendly staff! Gracias Diego, Jorge and the other members of staff i dont know the name! Hotel near the beach, restaurants and not far from the old town. Only bad thing was the breakfast: cold snd dry scramble eggs but we sorted it out with Diego!

San Sebastián is beautiful
Location is perfect 2 minutes to the beach. Shops and restaurants all within a minute. The Buffett breakfast is superb.

Disappointed with Hotels.com in the picture that was associated with the room I got were nothing like the same. Honestly the smallest room I’ve ever been in my life no place to put my suitcase. I was so disappointed. I went to the front desk and they gave me free breakfast. Also, no soundproof windows and people coming home from partying all night two in the morning three in the morning, four in the morning five in the morning, seriously! For the price I paid for my room you need to have double pane soundproof windows.

We ungraded our room as the first one was smaller than advertised but enjoyed our stay. It is a pity that they charge for breakfast - we stayed for a week and it added to the cost quite a bit.

This is an adequate hotel in an excellent location. Our window faced an inner zone of some sort. The room is adequate. Note that blankets are in the closet and the ventilation is present but a little out of the way, so look for it. Breakfast has many selections but overall not very good. Eggs are stone cold, as are any pancake, waffle or french toast options.

Phenomenally convenient for shops and beach. Staff especially female receptionist excellent. In good condition but rooms do need upgrading. For a 3 star hotel room was well above expectations although my room was in need of improved air conditioning

Comfortable and clean room. Bathrooms slightly dated but totally acceptable. Café area on ground floor very nice and modern. Parking is offsite about a block away from the hotel and is expensive €22 per day. The location of the hotel is great and only a street away from the beach. Overall a nice place to stay

Poor wifi in my room
The hotel is very well located. The wifi in my room was very poor and was not fix during my stay. At the lobby level the wifi was great but we paid for great wifi in our room. The personnel was very friendly . Also the AC for colder temperatures was not working “yet” forcing to leave windows open and the noise of the street

Very good location. Small but clean rooms with all required amenities. Great AC. Parking off-site 22 euros per day, leave the key with attendant, no problems. Did not eat at hotel - too many places nearby to try. Would definitely stay again.

Shocking breakfast situation
I stayed at this hotel for two nights in February. The room was fine, although a bit on the small side. Reception area was really nice and the service was polite. The location is amazing. However, I would never stay at this hotel again due to a shocking situation at breakfast on Sunday right after the carnival. Absolutely all the food was old and spoilt. The tomato juice I tried was sour and rotten. Tortillas already turned blue on the side, camembert cheese was black and we noticed fruits were withered already the first day of our stay. I regret not having taken the phone with me to take pictures of it. No staff coming anywhere near guests that day. I'm shocked with the lack of concern for guests wellbeing and I honestly think if no fresh food was available, it was better to close the restaurant that day rather than play with our health hoping we won't notice. If you're a guest who considers booking there, take the room rate only and stay away from their kitchen.

Come to San Sebastian-stay the the Sercotel Europa
the location of this hotel is perfect for both the old and new parts of the city and the beach. It was spotless and very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast there as there are lots of little cafes right beside the hotel to go to. We picked a different one each morning. The weather in September in San Sebastian was beautiful, warm but not stifling - perfect for exploring this beautiful part of the world. And the food in San Sebastian....Amazing !

Great location. Short 10 min leisurely beach-side stroll into the old town and traditional bars and restaurants. Hotel is cosy and has everything to make for a pleasant stay.

The location is great. The day staff were not very friendly when greeting us upon arrival. Please note that the rooms are much smaller than the pictures let on...especially due to the unnecessary chair at the foot of the bed. The shower also did not have a light above it and since the tiles were black, it made it difficult to see. The shower also did not have a shelf to place your soaps on which is a basic necessity. We had to place our soaps on the floor which is not ideal. Be aware, the windows are not soundproof.
