A very nice hotel
Very easy check in & the room was a good size and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful with anything that we asked about. I would recommend this hotel & would use again.

Booked a 3 night stay arriving late in evening. Kitchen still open at 10pm, appreciate that! Had to check out a day early due to French train strikes. This hotel mainly caters to customers with vehicles but is close to 2 local train stops 3 minutes walk away.

Recommended in Irun
Easy on-site secure parking. Quck & efficient check in. Comfortable spacious room enabled a good nights sleep after a long drive. Adequate selection of food & drink from the dinner menu at a realistic price. Breakfast buffet was good howerever no hot food. The staff performed as a great team and all were very pleasant with so many genuine smiles.🙂 A very reasonably priced fuel station right next door when exiting the hotel car park. Would stay again. Thank you Ibis.

My daughter and I had spent the day at the beach and we had a flight out of San Sebastian airport at 9 PM so we booked a room really just to shower and change before getting on an airplane. It suited our needs perfectly.

Another choice of ours when driving to Spain before getting to our property in Cadiz! Pet friendly aswell. They always give the doggy a ball to play with to keep!! Rooms basic enough just to get a few hours kip belt setting off again

Traveling with a wheelchair
Excellent experience. My husband broke his ankle a couple of weeks before our trip and we therefore had to travel with a wheelchair (and crutches). This hotel was excellent for wheelchair access, our room was spacious and the bathroom completely user friendly with grab rails, high loo seat and wheel in shower with seat. Makes life so much easier. I never thought I would be commenting on these types of things but truly appreciate the lengths to which the hotel has gone to make things easier. And the staff too have been so friendly and happy to assist where possible. Big thumbs up here all round. We have stayed hear before and will do so again whatever our circumstances.

Ok for a budget stopover, a clean, modern hotel. Rooms small but ok apart from heating which was completely uncomfortable too hot. So hot we slept with the window wide open (in January) and still couldn’t make the room comfortable to sleep.

Exceptional value and great service!
The staff were very friendly, thorough and welcoming, and our little dog even received a treat from reception. Our room was clean and very comfy with a spotless bathroom. We enjoyed an evening meal in the dining area and had a good sleep. Hoping to book again here on our return journey ❤️❤️

Hotel is situated in the industrial area of Irun but only a 10 minutes walk into residential area with bars and restaurants. Ideally situated if travelling from Spain into France, or vice versa.

The staff went above and beyond travelling for 18 hrs we were hungry the resturant was closed we asked them if they would order us in a pizza, the managment made both of us a pizza yhe place is lovely and clean we had two dogs and the first time for staying in a hotel with dogs and all i can say is that it put all my worries at bay and we will definitely be staying again

Very simple hotel. Rooms are small and the hotel is far from everything. Difficult if you don’t have a vehicle. Shower had a sour smell. Breakfast was good. Rooms need larger trash cans.
