Ok for the pricePosted Feb 8, 2016
No iron. No hair dryer. No pluggs. You hear the Other guests clearly. It was clean though. The family of the owner or management was always there outside. It was a little uncomfortable.

Cute hotelPosted Jan 25, 2016
Pros: Love the location, the stream in the back, and the fire pit.
Cons: The shower could use a makeover.
Location: The beach is nearby. Lots of wineries. The town with lots of little shops is all within walking distance.
I love this place. It's always a pleasant stay. Room was ready. I lounged by the fire pit. Staff is always very pleasant.

Me and my wife have stayed at alot of different hotels .and this one was dirty and the lady at the desk was rude and very unwelcoming .the only good part of our stay was the fire pit out back and the people that we met and had conversation with .I would not stay ther again

Simple, convenient & cleanPosted Sep 15, 2015 on Hotels
Second stay at this lovely, simple motel on the edge of Main Street. Usually an excellent value—"Best Deal In Town" is the truth—there was something going on that weekend that literally doubled the rates I'm used to paying. So for what we paid? Not such a swell deal (except, of course, that we got to stay in paradise despite a busy weekend, I guess). Things to note: temperature control is an issue when it's warm (it's been unseasonably warm) and the bathroom sink didn't drain properly, which is kind of icky, especially when sharing a room. But overall, a great place to stay, if you don't need anything fancy.

Nice but...Posted Aug 23, 2015 on Hotels
Overall the place was nice. The desk clerk was friendly and willing to help out. We were in unit 19 and there was not A/C or fan, so the desk clerk went and found a fan to keep in the room. The fire pit in the back was a nice touch and a bunch of folks staying at the hotel gathered there to chat and had a nice evening. My main issue was with the bugs in the hotel room. There were tons of roly poly bugs and they were on the walls and floors in the bedroom and bathroom. I'd get rid of them and they'd show up again. So, hotel good..bugs not

Lovely décor, very nicely decorated rooms with most of the things you need. Lovely welcome. A shame there was no breakfast but there are enough places to eat in town.

Adequate; rollaway bed wasn't comfortable.Posted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: Located near the heart of the quaint downtown area. Not far from the beach.
Cons: It is what it is. It was the cheapest place in the area that would provide a 3rd bed. Actually, the only place we could find that had a 3rd bed.
Location: Lots of restaurants and galleries. Cambria is a favorite destination.
The room was ready and clean as advertised. Parking was easy. It was noisy early in the morning. It served a purpose but lacked any charm or real comfort. The shower had no pressure. Nowhere to put toilettes in the bathroom. A bare minimum sort of place.
