“My third time staying at Aston Waikiki Sunset. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The staff were friendly and helpful in resolving any issues you asked. Room is clean, equipped with a full kitchen and has the balcony. Each floor has coin-operated washer/dryer. You can purchase parking tickets at the machine in the lobby for $35 per day. The hotel facilities and room furniture are somewhat outdated. Anyway, it's a good choice when you're on vacation in Honolulu.”

“Unit is as billed - 3 bed, 2 bath in a very convenient location with easy beach access. Mini splits provide A/C to the primary living space and two of the bedrooms while the third has a window unit that can be a bit loud. However, aside from this minor issue, the unit was very well finished. Our group made use of the laundry facilities and parking spot without issue. "Very old hotel. Bad smell in the room"

"I booked this room specifically for the sea view, but it was barely visible through a tiny window that doesn’t even open. However, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. The bed sheets and covers were dusty and there's visible stains. When I called the front desk to request a change, the staff member was incredibly dismissive. They pointed at a coffee stain and told me it was 'too small' to worry about, even claiming they couldn't guarantee that other sheets would be any cleaner. While we eventually got clean linens, the unprofessional attitude and lack of basic hygiene standards made for a very unpleasant stay. Would not recommend. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cares about cleanliness."
