Perfect central location for King Street shopping and tours from the visitor center. The bedding was clean and comfortable. We loved the Swamp Fox restaurant (excellent shrimp and grits and she crab soup) as well as the Starbucks onsite. Historic building and friendly staff. The only slight inconvenience is you don't have much control over the thermostat, and there isn't much ventilation in the bathroom. Overall though, a really lovely experience. 9/10!

Our room did not have much extra space. But we only spent one night there. The hotel was a convenient walk to the sights and food of Charleston.

The hotel is new and beautifully appointed. The staff were super friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bennett in Charleston, South Carolina. Even though the weather during our trip was a bit chilly, the hotel made the entire experience feel warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. After a long day of travel, the staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was kind, attentive, and eager to help. The staff had excellent knowledge of the local area and gave great recommendations for places to visit and things to do around Charleston. One of the highlights of the trip was visiting the spa. I booked a massage and it was fantastic, relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed after a day of exploring the city. Overall, the hospitality, beautiful property, and exceptional service made our stay memorable. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Bennett to anyone visiting Charleston.
