“Will definitely stay there again ”

“Employees in the Soda Shoppe and Rockwood Bar and Grill, along with most on the casino floor were excellent. Women at the reception desk, both the day we checked in to the hotel and the morning after, were awful. Smiles were forced, border line rude. One said about my daughter, in an absolute ignorant tone, “I hope she’s 21 (years old)!”. We were well aware it’s a 21+ establishment.”

“Big clean room. Nice kitchenette. Next to Walmart. Would recommend. Friendly front desk staff. ”

“Not happy at all the pictures and the way the room looked way different! Could not get an extra pillow on requests. Room was dingy and old, needs an update especially for the price. Photos are different than what was given to me! Water in the shower goes to hot to frezzing cold in and out. Not with the price. Staff was strange…”

“There are dog paw prints on the sheets, the airconditioner in the room is very noisy, and it is also noisy outside the window near the highway.”

“Very nice staff and very good breakfast. Room a bit dirty with long marks on wall. No lock on the bathroom. Bed was ok. Decent amount of road noise from highway just beyond interstate. It also wasn’t very expensive. It is what it is. ”

“Room was clean, bed was good. Morning staff (desk and breakfast) were very friendly and helpful. Need more luggage carts, and the elevator needs renovation.”

“Clean bathroom. Bed was OK. No place to hang up clothes which is a downside. Noisy area from road as well as people talking outside at all hours could be heard. Overall not a bad value for the cost though.”
