Ok, could be better.Posted Oct 20, 2015
The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was yummy, but there were a few not so good issues. 1st we were checked in to a dirty room, but they switched us quickly. The pool area could be cleaner and updated a little. The hot tub barely worked and was very loud. Lastly, our towels were not as clean as I would have liked, I found hair on our wash clothes.

MotelPosted Oct 14, 2015
1. I've booked two rooms and none of them had a working phone. 2. The heater stunk 3. The pool and hot tub had mold all around them. It was all a disappointment. 4. The pictures that you saw on the internet aren't exactly what the hotel looks like, that was a motel instead of hotel.

Worth the price.Posted Sep 21, 2015
Staff is very nice and helpful and inviting. Pool and hottub was nice and fun and clean. Only 25 minutes from cedar point. Breakfast was good for hotel food. Only negative was our room couldve been cleaner. Although the staff was nice enough that if we threw a fuss im sure they would have either given us a new room or cleaned it again for us. Altogether a great stay for the price.

In town for family gatheringPosted Sep 8, 2015
Cons: maybe a better pillow
Location: Access was good and the town of Norwalk is fun to see. Love the historic downtown and homes.
We were in the Norwalk area for a family event. Previously we have stayed in the area at another motel and had planned to stay there, but a room was not available. A search on Expedia offered the All American Inn and Suites as a possibility. The price was reasonable and the recommendations were good. The check in staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. It was hot and very muggy outside but the room was very comfortable. Next time we're in town this place will be our first choice for a room.

I got 22 spider bites in one night!!!!!!Posted Sep 1, 2015
Horrible frienfleness and service. Got 22 spider bites from their bed and they would not even pay for over the counter treatment material even charged me for my dog staying. Stay away much nicer hotels a few miles away!!!!

Pros: Good breakfast plenty of food and coffee , juice etc.
Location: Close to Cedar Point but will stay closer next time.
Staff was helpful. The AC in the room only put out warm air. I asked the desk to have it checked and it was still the same the second night. The room got hot and uncomfortable. The beds were worn out and if you slept toward the side it felt like you were going to fall out of bed.

Excellent staffPosted Aug 25, 2015
The staff was awesome! The faciliy was dated and the pool and hot tub were in need of cleaning and/or repairs for the price. The family had a good time. The complimentary breakfast was excellent!

You get what you pay forPosted Aug 24, 2015 on Hotels
The evening clerk was very warm and welcoming, I appreciated her hospitality. The A.M. clerk was nowhere to be found for check out and the morning breakfast area was unattended. The room was definitely a $100 room, but; you do get what you pay for. The T.V. picture tube (yes I said picture tube) was failing, the wallpaper was pealing from the wall and there were missing pull knobs from the dresser. It was a place to lay my head and when I inspected the bed for bugs, there were none, so I felt I was in a good place for the next 6 hours.

It was fine for a night. The room smelled really musty but the bed was dry and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The in room fridge was not too loud. They had coffee and breakfast in the morning. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly.
