The staff was fabulous, very accommodating. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the Holidays. The room was clean and a good size.....the beds were comfortable but the "bedding" left much to be desired.....not very well made, and the pillows were not hotel quality. The door to the room (first floor) had a gap and although we were able to lock and bolt, still just did not seem very secure. There were no issues and it suited our purpose for a one night stay.

I didn't have high expectations for the price but was pleasantly surprised and impressed with both the professionalism we witnessed and amenaties offered. Clean and cheap, while treated like you paid twice the price. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Cedar Point.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.

Not bad!
Check in went smoothly, and desk clerk was pleasant. Room was clean and looked recently renovated. Only complaint we had was that the beds were very firm. The breakfast was just a grab and go that consisted of juice, milk, and to go cereal. Overall not a bad place, and would stay again. If you are staying here during a cedarpoint trip, just be aware that this property is 30 minutes from the park.

Don't use the bodywash they provide it broke me out in hives and the breakfast was ok not a hot one we got frozen breakfast sandwiches to take back to our room to warm up . The staff was nice the room was ok . The price i paid was alot for that hotel ,ive stayed in higher quality hotels and paid less and got more.

Not as advertised. Hot tub is broken. Breakfast room a mess - they give 'bag breakfasts to go'. Pool room is messy - water was warm but room uninviting and no shower there. If the price was discounted and the reason given as to why it was lower, I wouldn't mind these things. The problem is that it is no at all what I expected based on the website.

You can tell this property is working very hard to be cute and upscale. The rooms were very nice with high-end accoutrements.

The only thing thinner than the blankets are the walls. Noisy, ridiculous slamming doors all hours of the night. Biggest waste of money ever. I wont book with Expedia anymore.

Don't stay there
The room was very outdated, smelled heavily of smoke, there was broken glass and there wasn't a lock on the door. The adjoining room door didn't have a deadbolt on it. Managment was notified of fighting and screaming in the hallway and they said that it was out of their control and made no attempt to rectify the situation.

The hotel had Nothing! The view Was Not water front, the swimming pool and the hot tub were out of order! Plus, the room wasnt clean. Very disappointed. The worst $149 I spent. This is the second time Ive booked a hotel through your website and both hotels were not what Your company said they were.

Very disappointed for the $$ we paid
Very disappointing for the money we paid. First the good; friendly people at front desk. Fridge, microwave, television, air conditioning, shower all worked well. Room was spacious, but dilapidated, rundown, (doors removed from closest, bathroom door didn't close), and furnishings, bedding, decor all mismatched. It also had a lingering odor like a wet dog. Due to Covid restrictions, they explained there would be no daily housekeeping. We went to the front desk to request towels, toilet paper, etc. We also took our trash to the front desk when our trash cans were full. They also explained that due to Covid restrictions, breakfast would be "breakfast in a bag," which you would pick up in the morning at the front desk and take back to your room. It usually consisted of orange juice (or milk,) an energy bar, and a cinnamon square. Cereal and milk was also available. We did not check out any of the other facilities; pool, restaurant, bar, lounge. We assumed those were closed as well due to Covid restrictions. (I noticed there was no one else staying in the wing we were staying in, but plenty of other cars parked at a different wing of the motel.) Maybe the other wing had more updated rooms. I don't know. We will not stay here again.
