Horrible hotel

The room smelled like urine and it was very small for 6 people. They have 1 large suite. Some rooms are renovated but ours was not. The bathroom tub drain did not work.

We do have 2 large suites but, unfortunately, the other was rented out the night you stay with us. Ok stay

You get what you pay for. It served the purpose to have a place to sleep. The room was kind of gross. Our shower bath mat was soaking wet and we haven't even showered yet. I would only recommend for the price if you just need to sleep.

Great workers and staff but the room was dirty!

Staff was very polite and helpful. The room was disgusting though. We walked in and saw wet stains everywhere on the floor and the ceiling kind of caving in. We starting taking our shoes off and when we touched the carpet it was so bad it was sticky. When I looked at my feet after 5 minutes in the room, they were black! Our bath tub was dirty as well with a foot mark. The carpet was so bad we had to wear our tennis shoes the entire stay. We requested a late checkout the next morning for business and we got locked out of our room. We had to find a cleaning attendant to help us get in our room before the front office came. Still great staff and very polite just overall the cleanliness was awful.

I do apologize for the cleanliness of the room. We are working towards removal of all room carpeting and install new eco friendly vinyl floors with a wood like look. After the recent purchase of the hotel, we realized the carpeting is not up to our standards. Currently we do have 10 rooms remodeled and another 7-10 set to be done this winter. Please I encourage you to give us a second chance and request a deluxe room which is the remodeled rooms. Thank you for staying with us, we hope to see you again.

The room is basic but comfortable and decently clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Going to Cedar Point found price very reasonable. Close to downtown and attraction.

Was able to check in early. Spacious room close to cedar point and got free ghostly manor passed, daughter is 8 so pool was perfect for her, and staff was friendly.
