NEVER BOOK HERE! Desk mgr turned us away, even though we had booked a room! Stated his cleaning staff never showed up. Thankfully the BestWestern had rooms and when we told the desk clerk what happened she stated he does that all the time

The doors were locked when I arrived at 5 in the afternoon. There was a sign with a number to call to get inside. Right from the lobby I was ready to leave, but was going to be charged so I stayed. Room looked like it had not been cleaned. Toilet dirty, towels stained, sink and tub had hairs in them, floor and desk tops were dirty. This has to be the worse place I have ever stayed and to think I paid good money makes me ill. I will never go back and do not recommend to anyone.

The room was dirty with stains and holes in the sheets. There was mold on the walls in numerous areas of the room and the smell was so bad that we could not stay…. We will NEVER make reservations at an Econo Lodge again ! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere !

No go motel rooms
Canceled shortly after checking in. Room was deplorable! Dirty stained bed cover, sheets with cigarette burns, coch stained and dirty, smell of cigarettes although it was supposed to be a non-smoker room. Bathroom and vanity were filthy. Urine on toilet seat, not flushed; dirty black footprints all over floor in bathroom, tub was just as bad. Went to ask for refund and another person had come in and asked for a clean room, that this would be his 3rd roomto see if it was clean that the other 2 were worse if not just as filthy as ours if not worse.

The pool was green with algae. There were areas where the was vomit near the doors of some of the rooms that hadn't been hosed down over the 3 days I was there. The lobby was locked when breakfast was supposed to be served and when I did get in breakfast was a cup of coffee and a piece of fruit. There was no hand soap in the room.The front desk person walked around the lobby and the breakfast area barefoot. Never again

The only good thing about this hotel was that there were no bugs and the linens smelled freshly washed. We booked a king room that was no smoking and got a room with a very used ash tray on the table. Had to wait 5 minutes before anyone showed up at the front desk to check in. Then argued back and forth on the room number that was on the receipt. It said 122 and the clerk kept saying 132. No coffee maker in the room. TV took awhile to actually turn on. The "breakfast" area had cereal all over the counter and was still out at 7:30pm when we went to look for a couple spoons for food we took. Along with that coffee maker and juice dispenser out of order. I would not eat anything that was served. The floor on the one side of the bed had been "repaired" but was super loud to walk on and uneven. The pool was also out of order even with their sign saying POOL! Like I said, the only good thing was there were no bugs.

Room was 300 for the night it was a special event weekend so I guess I get that part. However toilet seat fell off the toilet mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the shower head almost fell off. Do not stay here ! Talked with several people in the parking lot in the morning all had same the same problem. 2 people slept in their vehicle. The other people in my party had water leaking out of the fridge across the floor. DO NOT STAY HERE !

2nd night, access key did not work. No staff on site. Called Emergency Number no answer. Confusing notices, rules, etc posted from COVID start. Need to be updated. Called again, staff member answered and arrived about 10 minutes later. Not service I expected. Major inconvenience to family. Overall, hotel seemed to be understaffed.

We checked in and my husband had to use the restroom. The lobby restroom was, as he put "disgusting". He told the clerk that he hoped the room was cleaner than that bathroom. Wasnt much better. The beds were made...that was about it for "cleanliness". There is mold in the bathroom, both in the shower above the surround and also where the non-existent towels should have been. The heater unit didnt work and they had a portable Honeywell plug in heater under the desk. The tv took over 3 minutes to come on, we initially thought it didnt work. I should have gone somewhere else but we were in town for a family funeral and it was almost 8 pm before we got checked in and since I was just needing a place to lay my head, the "clean" beds were better than nothing.

Cold, dirty room
Upon arrival, we thought the place was closed. The large sign was not lit up and the parking lot was completely empty. It was open, however. Only one other party appeared to be staying at the hotel, but they put us in the room right next to these people, which was odd. They did NOT have the heat running at all, so our room was 38 degrees F. when we arrived!! The bathroom was dirty (hairs on the toilet), and someone's t-shirt was on the floor behind a table. This place is obviously trying to cut corners to save money, but I doubt it will stay in business with the way they run things. The person checking me in didn't even give us a key envelope with our room number on it. I had to write the number down, so I wouldn't forget.

There wasnt a ton we liked about the property except the loaction. Our room wasnt fully deep cleaned. There was fish in the room freezer. One bed seemed like it was slept in prior to our stay. We didnt spend a lot of time in our room except ro sleep. The beds were also really firm which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep in.

We arrived late and left early, so I don't have much to say. The staff was very friendly. The staff was slow to get the breakfast going in the morning but in the end we were satisfied.

This room was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. The air conditioner was black and full of black dust balls. the lamps and furniture had rolls of dust on them. The mirror was streaked and dirty. The bed was old and who knows how many dust mites were present. Do not stay at this location.

Terrible experience. As soon as we walked in we saw several bugs crawling on the floor. The beds were sunk in the middle. Toilet and bathroom sink were both leaking. Bug wound up crawling on me and may have been a bed bug. Brought the dead bug to the front desk and asked to check out and be refunded and told me “stop with the dramatics.”

Overall bathroom and sink area was very clean . On a hot day, it was nice to have a/c working. The comforter on the bed had not been washed. Check in was fast and convenient.
