Our rooms were supposed to be non smoking. We had adjoining rooms, and the first room wasn't too bad, but the second room reeked of cigarette smoke. They tried to blame it on something having been done, recently, with the air conditioners. But you could tell it was due to cigarettes. When the door was open between the adjoining rooms, it made both rooms reek of cigarettes. We took our grandchildren to Lake Erie for the weekend, and it was very upsetting to me to have them in this environment, as we are all allergic to cigarette smoke.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your recent stay with us.
I am so sorry the rooms smelled of smoke. We try everything we can to make sure this doesn't happen. We do have a sign letting people know there is a $150.00 charge for smoking in a non-smoking room. However, as I explained, many times people sit right outside of their room to smoke not realizing the smoke is going back into the room.
We did do a deep cleaning on those rooms to alleviate this problem.
