SALLY

Remodeling is taking place so only the top floor is only floor usable. Getting to the pool you had to walk down stairs and through construction. The outside door also didn’t require any key card or anything to get in so anyone could walk in.

Property is not secured. Side door would not close all the way, anyone could just walk in. Property is also located on a busy intersection. This made sleeping difficult for a light sleeper like me. This hotel is currently being remodeled so the whole lower level is in shambles. Overall this to me is a run down out dated hotel that would make do in a pinch. But we will not be staying there again.

This property was in the midst of a makeover so it was kinda a mess but the updates were needed and look good in the room we were in. Didn't like that had to go outside to go to the indoor pool from second building and also didn't like that there was only waffles for hot breakfast would have liked some small amount of eggs and bacon or sausage for options

They were in the middle of a remodel so you can’t fault them for that. Beds needed to be bigger. You cannot comfortably sleep 2 larger sized people in those beds. Way too small, but comfortable otherwise. Breakfast could have been better. That’s one of the things I look forward to and I’m a simple person, but that was too simple. Water pressure in the shower was top notch. Pool/hot tub area was nice as well. Overall not a bad place to stay.

I was extremely upset about this property. The rooms did NOT match the photos at all. They fail to mention at booking that they are remodeling so there is junk everywhere in the lobby. At check in she didn’t tell us that there was no tv service. Everything in the room was unplugged and the fridge smelled rotten. The pool was freezing cold. They only had two machines in the arcade working and their change machine was down. In the breakfast area they had juice jugs out that were empty. All of these things made it extremely hard for our stay there with a 5 year old.

Limited breakfast. No bagels, muffins, or toast. Small amount of fresh fruit. Some yogurt and some cereal. Waffle service available and a plus was maple syrup containers at each table. Pool and hot tub closed. TVs did not work throughout the property. Crumbs were found in one of the beds.

Great spot for a family pool/hot tub stay. Plus, Becky the front desk attendant is ALWAYS accommodating and very friendly making each stay the best it can be.

Would not stay here again if I could help it.
The fitness center was better than some, but had some unserviced equipment and missing dumbbells. The pool/hottub area was dirty and showing its age and was not well maintained and had no signage to indicate where it was. The room smelled faintly of smoke which was gross. The sheets seemed fairly clean, but the room and bathroom were clearly not well kept, peeling paint, stains, pink and black mildew and mold and hard water crust. The breakfast was only carbs and the orange juice was out of concentrate syrup. No protein available anywhere.

My family and I booked a 2 night stay after the first night it was so much smoke in the hallway I couldn’t breath told manager about it nothing happened the breakfast was just muffins I asked were the rest of the food was at and she responded that’s it the next morning I checked out and I was not satisfied

Disappointing overnight stay; great pool!
Very disappointing stay. Upon check in, noticed garbage in the hallway (empty beer cases, pizza boxes and filth in numerous piles.) Doors left open exposing filthy uncleaned and half cleaned rooms. Plus, it stunk! Some fat jerk yelled at my boys not to play catch with a ball in the pool. His exact words were " No balls in the pool! They go in the filter and I'll be out of business for sure!" First of all, don't talk to my boys. I was right there. The ball they had was rubber and way too big to fit " in the filter". I got two rooms. One room roasted my family all night long with no way to turn the heat down and the air conditioner didn't work. In the other room the heater made ticking sounds all night long. We have never had such a miserable stay at a Quality Inn before. Would not recommend at all except for the pool. It was very warm!

The only thing good about it was the lobby and the manager. Other than that the room was dirty stains on the bedspread, didn’t feel real safe with just me and my daughter being there, so we went somewhere else.

2nd time was a let-down
Chlorine in the pool area was so high that it burned your eyes and turning on the jets for the hot tub caused coughing and choking. Our wall outlet started smoking at the plug for the A/C heating unit. My son was in the area and noticed it immediately. I don't know what could have happened if he didn't but then we stayed up to wait for maintenance only to tell us nothing could be done that night. I understand all of this but no compensation was given. Our room was without A/C, heat, or vent. We had one great visit and one not so great visit so we will be back and give this Quality a 3rd visit before we make up our minds for the future.

Staying here was …horrible. There was no bible in the hotel room. When checking out I told the lady have a blessed day and she said “ i don’t talk like that” Im all for people having their own opinions but in a place where your working you definitely need your day blessed.

Gross Hotel
This was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in. It looked so though our room wasn't even vacuumed before we checked in with visible wrappers and debris everywhere. There was what appeared to (hopefully) be a milkshake or something spilled next to the bed and splattered up the side of the bedframe. Smudges on every surface. The whole hotel smelled of smoke. Mold in the cool (at best) mini fridge. The list goes on. Do not stary here if you can help it.
