First of all, Google directions are wrong, so we had a hard time finding the place. Second, hotel is old and dingy. Third, no elevator. Forth, dirty floors. And happened to be full of rowdy teenagers. Walls paper thin. Not worth the money.

Great stay
The updated room was clean and the bed’s comfortable. The lobby area and breakfast room were very pleasant looking. Their breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, etc. were tasty. Definitely would stay there again.

Breakfast was ok, had real OJ which is hard to find. Most places use "orange drink" instead. People loud running down the halls so perhaps signs to remind people to be respectful. Front rooms loud from front busy street. Would be great for people with pets because the back area has nice green space. Very generic place but suited our needs with most hotels sold out or double in price.

Our 2 night stay was just “ok”. The room is clean but the bathtub/shower was not and we had a terrible smell coming from the drain. The fridge and microwave worked great! Bed was comfortable! We could hear several dogs barking so that was a little frustrating-walls seem thin.

We stopped by earlier than the check in time to see if we could set our room in order since we were going to Cedar Point for Halloweekends. We knew we would not be back till after midnight. The ladies at the desk understood and checked. Turned out our room was empty the night before and we were able to check in early! I love the fact they allow pets. We saw a couple dogs leaving upon arrival. There was no gross carpet in the rooms, hard wood laminate. I like the 'hard wood' floors. The loby and room smelled clean and I am very sensitive in the olfactory department. The breakfast was the usual eggs, sausage, waffle, cereal fare and did not leave hungry. Attendant at breakfast did a good job keeping things filled and clean. I didn't mind it being a 20 minute drive from the park and it is real close to the interstate. I will seek this property out for future cedar point adventures when we can't camp.

Unfortunately, I will never go to this hotel again. Upon arrival the fire department was there because of technical difficulties with the sprinkler system. Room was wet and moist all night, beds, blankets, etc. continental breakfast was not good, cereal, stale, eggs, and sausage right out of the freezer. Hotel as well as the room had a not so clean, smell, musty, etc. all in all was just not satisfied for the price that we paid for two nights. Will not be returning to this facility.

This is just a basic hotel so nothing fancy but it was clean, the pool was great, and the hot breakfast was really good. We were in town for a dance competition and just needed a place to sleep. There's a lot of restaurants down the road nothing next door though. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Lots of families.

Was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. They even tidy up our room after 1 nite while we where our shopping. Made the beds and re stocked the towel.
