from check in to check out, everything was perfect. everything you could ask for in a hotel stay. staff was friendly and the room was comfy.

Gute Unterkunft zur Durchreise

Pros: Zwei frisch bezogene, saubere Betten. Haus hat genügend freie Parkplätze.
Cons: Durch Renovierung noch Farbgeruch im Zimmer.
Location: Supermarkt und Sandy Beach nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.
Waren für eine Nacht dort, nachdem wir in NYC gelandet und uns Richtung Boston auf den Weg machten.

Motel à déconseiller fortement. plus rien au petit déjeuner à 8h et aucun reapprovisionnement Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre Chambre très sombres moquette sale Vue sur un centre industriel

Okay for the length of my visit

Pros: Coffee available at all time in the lobby
Cons: Security, in room coffee makers
Location: I can't, I wasn't there to sight see.
I was only at the hotel for 2 nights and it was for a funeral, so I'm not sure I'm the best reviewer. I do have to say, there had just been a snow storm and the parking lot was not cleared well at all...I couldn't park in front of my room. All things considered the first night I slept well. The 2nd night, there was some sort of a fight going on near my room with a lot of yelling and smashing things. I was a bit afraid since I didn't think the door would hold if someone were to smash into it hard enough.

Easy access and good for an overnight

The suite that I was OK. When we got to the hotel room because it faced the pool, the room itself had to have been 100°! Luckily it had AC! The room was very basic nothing too exciting or nice. We were hoping as it was a sweet it would've had better amenities I.e. Nicer toiletries maybe a few bottles of water in the mini fridge? There were some mold spots in the room and in the bathroom as shown in the photos below. Overall , meh.

Nice / but / Chilli

It was a comfortable stay, my only issue is room was in an adjacent building...... Walk to the pool in winter a chilling experience. They should inform guests of that fact prior to booking.

Cheap and dingy

Unfortunately, on arrival, we decided not to stay because the hotel smelled bad, wall paintings were lying around on the ground in common areas, the holiday display in the lobby was plastic and cheap, the furniture in the bedroom (including the bedspread) looked like it hadn't been updated in decades, and the staff was nice but not knowledgeable about how to help us. Although we were told upon leaving that we would be refunded our deposit if hotels.com called them, we weren't. I called three times. No manager was on staff when we came or left and no manager was ever available to talk to a representative at hotels.com. What we had hoped to be a nice holiday break turned into a drawn-out issue. We didn't cancel because we were fickle, we cancelled because the accommodations were unacceptable, but the hotel staff clung to their cancellation policy (despite the fact that the hotel had ample free rooms and we weren't costing them another customer). Unless you've already been to the hotel and know the dinginess doesn't bother you, I'd recommend trying elsewhere.
