"This place is VERY dirty, hair, cobwebs on the walls, bugs in the webs, towels smelled terrible, I’m pretty sure this place hasn’t been cleaned for 5 years, Do NoT STAY HERE!!!! Lights in the bed room didn’t work flickered on and off, TV didn’t work, I stayed here with friends and our sons and went fishing thank god our wives weren’t here because we would of been coming back home she wouldn’t of made it past the entry little room…"

"Beautiful location, but we were given a room with a view of the street. In the summer this would be understandable but it is May and the middle of the week. There was about 10 cars in the parking lot. The hot tub was filthy with some kind of dirty film and hair stuck to the sides. The staff person at check in acted like we were ruining her day by checking in. The check out staff was great and listened to our concerns"

Fabulous location on the beach and walking trails/park and close to downtown. Has everything you need and host was communicative and accommodating. The Sapphires DVD, which was one of several options, was the best movie we've seen in years. We recommend the pickerel dinner with lemon roast potatoes at Beach Boy restaurant.
