nice hotel in Sandy Or.

Pros: It was in a good location.
Cons: See above.
Location: Good location .
The room they gave us was on the 2nd floor at the top of the stairs. The hotel had no elevator. Did not feel secure since the side entrance was at the bottom of the stairs and anyone without a key could piggy back in.Had to change rooms that cost us $15 extra. The main entrance had no one at the desk . We had to dial "0" to get someone to check us in.

I enjoyed my stay but would have liked an elevator instead of stairs. Only because It is hard for me to do stairs. The Jacuzzi was out of order but the pool was awesome.

Great breakfast. good staff

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. They had marionberry syrup everyday for the waffles. On our second night the hot tub was broken and we feared it would be for the rest of our vacation . Surprisingly the next morning it was fixed and ready for us to use. After all the hiking we did, the hot tub was a necessity. Also they allow the pool to be accessed 24 hours which was also nice since we were still on Eastern standard time. We appreciated the hotel being located in a small city so the traffic wasn't bad.

An elevator?

On this trip I found not having an elevator to get the luggage to tthe second floor annoying

Great hotel - great stay!

This was the best experience I had for a long time staying in a hotel. Customer service was fantastic. The hotel was clean and easy to get to. The room was excellent. Beds were comfortable and we had a great night sleep.

Very average hotel near Mt. Hoid

This hotel is overpriced for the condition and amenities. I use Best Western as I travel with my dog. This hotel charged $20.00 per pet...the only Best Western I have stayed at that charges. Pet area is a weed and blackberry stump infested field with uneven terrain. The hotel is in a business area next to a 24 hour fast food place so it was noisy outside all night. Continental breakfast was poor (common in Best Western 's). Very disappointed with the stay and value for what I paid as I am use to much better when it comes to Best Western. I don't believe I will stay there again.

모든 시설이 깨끗하고 프론트 직원도 매우 친절함. 위치 상 번잡스런 곳이 아니기도 하지만 조용하고 편안히 지낼 수 있어 좋음. 조그만 몰에 있어 세이프웨이나 패스트푸드점이 바로 옆에있어 편리함. 가격에 비해서는 그리 좋다고 하기 어려움. 포틀랜드 도심에서 40분 정도 소요되는 점이 다소 불편함.

Comfortable stay

Overall the stay was fine, room and beds were comfortable, AC, wifi. The only thing I would caution about staying here is there are a lot of panhandlers that come through the parking lot asking for money. When you are unloading or loading your vehicle you will probably be approached. We were approached several times by different individuals during our stay. No elevators I saw, so if you are on the second floor and have heavy bags or don't do stairs well ask for first floor.
