Off the main road so nice and quiet

The hotel staff were very friendly - it just didn't make sense to us that in a hotel with only 10% occupancy that they put someone in the room directly above us. Unfortunately they were up several times during the night. It would be nice if the rooms could be staggered when possible. Other than that, we would stay again - just request an upper floor

Hotel only one close to Sandy so we stay there.

Pros: Location and breakfast is provided.
Cons: Cleanliness of Pool and Spa. Also, finish fixing the ceiling in the hall by the exercise area.
We have stayed here many times. This time we found that the maintenance in our room and in the Pool area was very poor. Our bathtub had a break in the bottom of the tub that had been glued and is now split open some, I am sure it leaked out of it. We went to the hot tub with our daughter in law and grandchildren. The tile is all breaking up and it was dirty. The pool did not look clean either, although they did swim in it. This place is in need of some updating and or thorough cleaning and maintenance! We probably not stay here again. Only reason I said I would recommend it to a friend is that it is the only LOCAL place in Sandy and is most convenient if they want to be near family.

Embarrassing!

Cons: make sure you don't book the same room to 2 different guest

We were given a room that already had a person in it. and never offered anything for it not even , I m sorry

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Pros: We absolutely loved the size of the room. It was the largest room we have ever stayed at in any hotel. It made things so much easier for us.
Cons: If the exercise room had its own space and maybe a little larger, that would be great.
Location: It was a great location for us because the business we had to take care of was within 5 minutes of the hotel.
We had a long flight and got to the hotel around 11:00pm and was greated by Taylor, the awesome employee there. He was so cheerful and welcoming. He made our check in so smooth and gave us tips of what was open to eat at that hour of the night, which was extremely helpful. The rest of the staff at the hotel were just as nice and sweet as Taylor. Owners are very lucky they have such awesome employees.

Hopefully better after remodel

Nice hotel, comfortable room. Carpet in our room very dirty. Left dirty footprints in bathtub.

Very good stay

I was a bit alarmed as the hotel is small, had a bit of work going on, and lacked an elevator. However the staff was excellent, my kids loved the pool and the continental breakfast was terrific. A mysterious fire alarm around 7am was a bit of a nuisance as the alarms kept going for an hour or more in spite of no fire, but we were allowed back in to eat breakfast, so it wasn't too bad. There are a few shops, a grocery store, and a few restaurants in close walking distance, and many more within short driving distance.
