It got the job done.

My room smelled like someone had previously been smoking in it. The carpet felt damp. I understand that the hotel cant be responsible for the other tenants, but whomever was upstairs thundered around all afternoon and into the late night. Whatever was going on up there sounded more like a construction project than a party. When i contacted the front desk about it, the staff were kind. It took a while for the problem to be identified. When it was the tenants upstairs made even more racket (spitefully) but then stopped about 30 min later. The staff were great to deal with, but my room left something to desire. Although the parking lot was well lit, there were many transients in the area and I was concerned that expensive (difficult to lock up) property in the bed of my truck would be stolen. Which it wasn't. It would be nice to know if there was some kind of security intervention at the hotel (security guard, cameras or protected parking).

Cons: Everything.
BED. BUGS. Ghetto front desk night worker. Cigarette smell. Weird questionable stains...everywhere. Strategically dim lights...oh yeah, and BED BUGS.

Got a room that completely reeked of cigarette smoke. Told that they had no other rooms available but they suddenly found one when we threatened to leave. Also, price gouged because of the eclipse. Needs to be renovated. The area is nice, but there are several better hotels in the area. I would pick one of those next time.

Dated motel

Pros: Price and location
Cons: See experience
Location: Good location. There are a lot of food places and stores nearby. Close to the interstate.
Extended Stay is dated and is due for an upgrade. The formica on the kitchenette was chipped. The carpet had several stains. The bathtub had chips and stains. Door improvements (thicker and door closers) would really help to minimize distracting noise from adjacent doors closings. For the price, the motel was adequate.

Pros: Its alright.
Cons: Staff could be friendlier. Atleast greet and smile incoming guests.
Location: Good for restaurants, shopping.
Hotel staff was not friendly, but its alright, just crashed overnight during a road trip. No coffee in the room, one not available in the lobby as I expected from other Extended stay.

Hotel needs work

For starters, the woman working the front desk was very hard working, and did her very best. Now, the bad. 1) It took 4 (four) trips back and forth, to get room keys that worked. 2) Upon getting into the room, the previous tenant left beer in the freezer, which had exploded. 3) The room phone did not function, and neither did the entryway after hours phone. These may not seem like much to some people, but after 12 hours of driving, and a late check-in... I will not ever stay at another of this company's establishments.

Location was convenient

Noise level at times bad. Doors slammed, kids running down the hall people above stomping on floor, etc.

great kitchen for cooking

Wonderful kitchen with all the things I needed to make healthy meals. Spacious room and bathroom. Great for longer visits when not in the room much and not needing extra services.

Sandy UT Visit

Pros: Clean, quiet, comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast options need to be improved. Would be nice to have room services book and restaurant delivery options.
Location: Lots of stores, shopping and restaurants. Straight east up 10600 to Snowbird & Alta.
Nice hotel for the money. Quiet, Close to everything.
