I never in my life have stayed at a Holiday Inn and Suites that was so terrible. You walk in the door and the hallway stunk. When we got to the room there was mold in the bathroom all along the ceiling. The wallpaper was peeling. There was rust all over the door frame. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. The people across the hall got keys that didn't work. My brother went into his room on the third floor and he said it smelled like vomit. This place reminded of me of a Motel 6 which is not what I was expecting. I was so disgusted I refuse to use the bathroom in my room and head to use the bathroom down the hallway. I will never stay in this hotel again and I would strongly recommend that no one else does either. In fact I'm going to try to fight to see if I can get a refund because it was the most disgusting experience I've ever had in a hotel. I have video and pictures to prove my assertions.

The staff were very nice and extremely accommodating. The pool was closed until 3pm due to renovations but my kids still enjoyed themselves! And the breakfast in the morning was amazing. Will definitely stay again in the future!

The property was clean children, the beds comfortable and sufficient space. The staff was quick and happy to respond to any requests. The breakfast was more than enough, warm and yummy. My favorite part was the staff! Everyone was more than just passively nice. They were extremely willing to help, cheerful and kind! I think it affected the atmosphere and all the guests were cheerful as well. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Plugs were usable for charging electronic devices Room was large enough to have family all in one room, plugs were usable for charging electronic devices, Breakfast was good but needed more bagels and Yogurt, kids style cereal, other items offered for breakfast was excellent, indoor pool and hot tub were great, but drinking fountain in area did not work, although there was one in the gym next door that was awesome. Hotel Staff was very friendly and able to assist with issues we encountered. Convenient location and reasonable price. Breakfast options were great but needed more options for kids on cereal, yogurt, and bagels. Biscuits and Gravy, Sausage, Bacon, Eggs, and Pancakes were awesome, having separate cups for juice and hot drinks was delightful.

Very interesting experience to say the least, I love Holiday Inns but this time it was a disaster, we were able to check in just fine but noticed the pictures online didn't match, then we noticed some rooms are being remodeled and we got stuck with an older style room. The odor was of dirty carpet and feet upon check in, the walls were patched and full of holes, the doors were rusted, I give them good props for the bed being clean and comfortable but that's about it. They were drilling and remodeling Boise all night and day long. Would've been nice to have at least a heads up. Check out was supposed to be at noon but who can relax with bagging all day long. There was also trash from previous guest in the corners and the bathroom full of stains and hairs. Not worth the price, go 5 minutes out and book in Lehi way better Holiday Inns and Tru by Hilton for the same price.

They are in the middle of a remodel. Did not experience any noise etc., because of construction. They rooms not remodeled are showing their age. The staff is superior and look forward to staying again once everything is remodeled just because of the staff.

This hotel is a bit older and could use some tlc, but it worked well for the weekend pinners conference. It was close and convenient.

Great stay, TV blurry so we couldnt watch TV and spa was out of service. Overall quiet, sometimes you can hear the people in the next room talking super loudly. Breakfast was decent and good Verity.

Had a great experience with the staff. Only stayed one night but breakfast was good room was as expected. Hot tub was out of commission and door to stairwell was blocked so it was annoying to get to the ice machine.
