Convenient location to Sandy

Motel undergoing renovations. The room I got was unfinished - no baseboard, for instance. The room had a coffeemaker but no coffee cups. Comfortable bed but blankets so thin that I had to have the heater on all night, and its noisy cycling was annoying, making sleep difficult.

Cheap hotel

The pool was shut down by the health department. There weren’t any spoons at breakfast. Vending machines did not work.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The pool was closed due to technical problem for a couple of days which is fixed now. Vending machine is operated by third party and they took care of it.

Not what we purchased

We paid for 2 queen beds, but got 2 double beds. They advertised a pool and hot tub which our children were really looking forward to. Apparently the Heath Department SHUT IT DOWN? They are in the middle of a huge remodel. The second floor was closed down, which was fine. But the elevators were lined in plastic sheets and all the baseboard trim had been tore off in our room. The floors were dirty. The bathroom floor looked as if it hadn't been mopped in a very long time. Only 2 towels for 4 people. The employee working the breakfast room couldn't get people out of there soon enough when it was getting close to being over. He was putting things away and closing it down before it was time. Employees had a language barrier that made communication difficult. We will look for a different hotel next time.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Regarding the room type it was booked thru expedia and we provide the same room type that we received from expedia. We can not change it. Unfortunately, the pool was closed because of technical problem which is beyond our control. Breakfast time is 6 to 9am and they ask everybody if they need anything before wrapping up the breakfast at around 9.10am.

Nice quite night

That last place I stayed a motel 6 was way to loud next to the freeway and the room was ice cold even south the heat all the way up. This one no noise warm and comfortable with coffee maker, fridge and micro wave plus a tv that’s not the size of a postage stamp.

Turned away bc husband is active duty

We paid for our room via Expedia. Went to check in. Showed military ID to match the debit card. He said he couldn’t give us the room. Wouldn’t take state ID either. He said he didn’t have to give us the room. I called Expedia and they refunded the money

Sorry for the inconvenience. This is simply due to the unmatched name per the reservation and ID. Name on reservation we received and name on ID does not matched. We accept military ID as well as State ID.

The staff was very friendly and they did very well with our 3 yr old son.

Their policy of making all rooms pet rooms doesn't work for me. The room had a nice fragrance of dog and carpet cleaner. Otherwise all was well.
