“The pool water was murky/dirty upon check in on July 3. A sign stated that the pool would be inspected on July 15. It should have been repaired prior to the July 4th holiday! There has been a great change from last year's owners. We have stayed there several years in a row and the pool was clean. The breakfast hours have been reduced from 7 am to 9 am instead of 10 am. The variety of breakfast food has dramatically dropped in choices. The new owners are saving money on basic items and thus are……

“We had an amazing stay! It was a very busy 4th of July weekend at the Cape but Cape Cod Motor Inn was so peaceful and quiet! Our room was clean and well air-conditioned. And Gregg was very thoughtful and kind. We appreciated the list of bar recommendations he gave us to watch the World Cup!”

“Lovely property in a quiet area of Cape Cod. A few shops within walking distance and a twenty minute drive from the shops of Chatham. Nice grounds. The floor of the room was a bit grimy.”

“The hotel overall was good i just had a complaint about our door. It had a large gap and we could see into hallway. This also led to loud noise during night being able to hear everyone walking by which led to little sleep since we were near an entrance.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Sesuit house! Our room was small and older, but clean and cozy. My kids enjoyed the pool, the little soccer field and cornhole set, playing connect four, visiting the goats, and having a picnic every morning for breakfast. Very pleasant and relaxing location, close proximity to Mayflower Beach where we enjoyed the amazing tide pools and sunset. A great place to stay mid Cape!”
