Great hotel with a cute continental breakfast. Hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Unhappy in Sanford

The room was not what I expected. The shower curtain had mold. I had to jiggle the toilet handle to turn it off after flushing. The door was not set correctly. You could see daylight coming through. The security lock was loose. Thin walls, you could hear everything going on outside. Housekeeping staff very unprofessional...holding conversation in my room. The towels/washcloths were thin and probably should be replaced. The breakfast was mediocre. Will not stay there again.

Business over night.

Location: Good location near food and shopping.
Have no complaints, check in was fast and easy, the man that checked me in was very nice, gave me a room on the back side which worked out real well, bed was comfortable but there was a stain on the little throw at the foot of the bed other than that slept well.

Check-in was a nightmare. First no reservation. Then one bed, one night (for two guys , three nights). Finally gave second floor two bed room although ground floor handicapped request weeks before.

Okay Stay

The hotel staff was friendly. heater got the room warmed up pretty quick but for a light sleeper was kind of noisy. toilet ran continually. fridge made noise. glad to have had ear plugs handy. breakfast was okay.
