Clean but very worn and outdated. Carpet definitely needs replacing. No exhaust fan in the restroom. Rooms smelled bad; old and musty. Breakfast was pathetic. On the good side, the bed itself was very comfortable, even though the pillows were flat abd small.

Cons: Rude management
No power and no refund. This place and Expedia suck. Neither will refund my money.

Hotel staff are liars

I canceled this reservation at 815am the day of my scheduled stay by calling the hotel directly. The woman I spoke to confirmed it would be canceled and the next morning my credit card was charged. I called the hotel again and was told by two different men that I didn't call and cancel that they had no record of it. I have my all phone record of it. Called Expedia who also called them and got the run around. Still waiting to get my credit care refunded. I live in the area and got the room for a friend that was coming to visit. There are two other hotels within walking distance of this one, choose one of those!

People who run the hotel are very nice and were very accommodating. There was a mistake on the bill and they fixed it.

Bad customer service.

Cons: Service. Needs a remoldel
Location: Didn't stay long enough
Checked in at 9:30 pm. Greeted at a window. Given a room on the second floor. No elevator and I had two pets. Asked for another room and told there was nothing available. It was obvious that the hotel was not full. Toilet did not flush. My husband called the front desk and no one answered. Scalding hot water so I wasn't able to take a shower.
