No sleep

This is the reason I am swearing off of Hampton Inn. The air conditioning unit was so loud, and cycled on and off constantly through the night, that I seldom got more than 4 hours sleep any night. And, by the way, sleep is the primary reason for staying in a hotel/motel in the first place. I have had the same experience at other HI in other places, so I'm checking out!

The lady at the front desk was great and so was the lady that does the coffee setup. The rooms, however, desperately need new furniture. The desk chair looked like it was from a garage sale (torn up) and the couch could use a shampooing

Front desk clerk couldn't find my reservation from hotels.com after I eventually got on the phone to call Hotels.com she did finally locate. Hotel has seen a better day.
