It was a good experience but probably won’t be a repeat customer as I feel like it wasn’t worth the price we paid for. Some amenities that were listed were not available (no wifi, no cable). It wasn’t as clean as I felt it should have been (even after we cleaned and wiped down everything ourselves, mopped and swept the floor, it didn’t feel like it was clean enough). The sink in one of the main washrooms were backed up and after I messaged the owners and they said they were going to try to send someone to come and fix it, no one ever showed up and we ended up having to fix it ourselves. Not sure if it was just bad timing but we also had food that was stored in the refrigerator go bad and we ended up having to throw them away. This place was unfortunately very dirty upon arrival. The floors felt absolutely gross to walk on. We ended up spending an hour upon arrival just sweeping the main floor. The carpets and rugs were disgusting, looking like they hadn't been vacuumed in months (toothpicks, sticky substances, crumbs). The washrooms were very dirty, the downstairs one in particular was filthy. There was shaved hair everywhere. There was very little for garbage cans and no garbage bags. The hot tub was gross with lots of dirt and floaties. This is all very sad because the place and location is gorgeous, and the location offers a lot of amenities. Unfortunately our experience felt undercut and robbed due to the dirtiness of the house. Ranch Relaxo was ideal for our extended family. The spaciousness of the home allowed for large gatherings yet still had smaller areas for quiet reflection.
