My review
It's the amazing hotel. There is the really nice Spa(indoor, outdoor). Brekfast is awesome. There were a lot of choices. The parking garage is huge and it's not expensive. Receptionist was very polite and helpful. The area around the hotel is very beautiful. I would come here again.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was really nice, attentive, and accommodating. The hotel was clean and they were prepared to handle the precautions due to COVID-19. We also enjoyed the amenities and the location met our needs. We would definitely stay here again. :)

Great place in the hills close to Ice Caves clean
Beautiful little town travel Charme is clean modern rustic and accommodating. They have a onsite restaurant which was full for dinner so we ate in bar area and that was fine. Breakfast was included and it was amazing everything you could ask for as a buffet and more. A

Very helpful staff. When I told them Eurowings lost my bag, the staff was very helpful in trying to accommodate me the best they could.

Super nice stay
It’s a bit of mountain drive but the view is so worth it. The hotel and the rooms are super nice and comfy. The surrounding area is peaceful and so beautiful. There is not much to eat around the hotel but it’s expected since it’s in the mountain. The only thing could be better is they should have a kettle in room for hot water and coffee. Other tha that everything is highly recommended!

The hotel was nice. However, during summer time no aircondetioning was available and opening the window was not enough to cool room temprature. WiFi was very weak and difficult to surfe the net.

Nice and relaxing vacation in the mountains
Beautiful hotel to relax in the mountain. Wide areas. Nice service and friendly staff. Would recommend it for a relaxing mountain vacation. There are fun things to do, such as mountain cart, zip lining and paragliding. It has a nice view over the mountains and the hotel offers couple of activities and trips for relaxation.

Perfect choice
We had a truly enjoyable stay in Bergersort in Werfenweng. The hotel has an excellent location close to the ski lifts and hiking trails, wonderful outdoor hot pool and jakuzzi. Dinner and breakfast buffets are high quality. Highly recommended.

Overall, our stay was excellent. The grounds, spa/wellness area, and common areas were clean and beautiful. The bar, lobby, and spa area provided ample space to relax comfortably. The spa was clean and had all the amenities expected (multiple saunas, showers, relaxation areas, foot baths, water/tea provided, towels, hot tub, and pool). The hot tub was a little cool, but had an amazing view. Our stay was lacking in service. The head chef and head waiter were very professional, engaging, and friendly; the other staff (waiters and receptionists) seemed like they were brought on for the season and were not trained well enough. Some tried to make an effort, most were dismissive. The breakfast was outstanding, but the service at breakfast was lacking (long wait to order coffee, no follow up). Do not try to eat at any of the restaurants for dinner without reservations. We were rudely told at the Stroblhaus that we needed to make a reservation and turned away; it was disappointing and the waitress' rudeness was the worst part of the stay. Otherwise, we had a great time- rooms are perfect and the location of the hotel is perfect; parking in the garage was reasonably priced and there were enough spots.

We had a wonderful stay at Bergresort Werfenweng... The rooms are very modern and spacious ... Lovely balcony and patio furniture with a fabulous view of mountains ...fabulous clean pool and a great breakfast ..it is located approx ten minutes from the motorway and we did fabulous trips from there such as Salzburg ( 40 mins away) and the Salzburg Lake District . Would highly recommend this hotel

Top Notch Resort and Spa
Hard to say anything bad about this place. Rooms are amazing with all the ambience creating lighting, wood floors throughout. Had the best hamburger and fries of my life there. They pay attention to everything. Breakfast buffet was top notch. Was only there one day, so didn't sample the restaurant, but I would guess anything you order would be delightful. Fantastic wine collection, if you are into that. The people are friendly and helpful (I know no German) Parking and check in - turnkey. The whole place is very modern, but quiet and private. It kind of feels like one big spa. Earthy, relaxing, modern, contemporary with a keen eye for the nicer things in life. Would have loved to have spent a week or so there.

We were a little concerned wondering where we were going as we headed into the hills but once found, we were delighted with the hotel which is ultra modern and we were made welcome by the staff as we entered. Food was excellent and the room comfortable and well equipped. A place we would happily use for a longer stay if we had the time.

Alles ok soweit - das Personal benötigt an der einen oder anderen Stelle ein bisschen mehr coolness und Freundlichkeit (z.b. geht es nicht zu sagen, es gibt es genauso wie es auf der Karte steht beim Thema Begrüßungstrunk oder dem Essen - ohne Alternative etc — gleichzeitig kann man erwarten das man alleine auf dem Flur auch gegrüßt wird (leider mehrmalig vorgekommen) - in Summe aber ok

Sehr schönes und toll gelegenes Hotel
Hotel liegt sehr schön, und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber, Personal ist stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Frühstücksbüffet sehr reichhaltig und hochwertig. Leider fühlten sich die Matratzen für uns durchgelegen an.
