Pros: Good 3star hotel. Staff fantastic.The only problem was the entertainment host . Could not understand his English. Geared mostly for Spanish and German
Cons: I think every room should have tea making facilities, instead of having to hire the kettle and fridge.
Location: Plenty of local restaurants and sea activities.
Relaxing break, good food choice, did find hotel seems geared against English guests by getting you to sign a disclaimer about not suing the hotel for any food poisoning as you British as it was put, go home and complain about everything. Nice !!!!

Very noisy and roudy..

When we go to Ibiza we always stay in Cala Gracio. Took our child as this was her first holiday... Very disappointed. Hotel reception staff very unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with....room wasn't what we had booked online and we always understood this to be a family hotel... Well how wrong we were...mad party rooms and they were very noisy during the night and shouting and banging doors... Spoke to another family and they said the same and that someone was throwing up from their balcony... We asked if we could pay the extra day so we could let our child have a nap and get washed before flying home and they said NO... And we couldn't book a shower and were not informed you could do so until the time we were leaving...when we checked out the reception staff never asked how our stay was with them..they just wanted rid of the guests. No.kids entertainment for young kids and hotel entertaiment was awful. Cala Gracio isn't a place we will go back to in a hurry.

Great hotel

Great hotel plenty for families to do. Adult pool for couples with no kids. Food great rooms clean.

Carpets in the hall were pretty dirty, the maid came round on the first day and she didn't visit after that. Decent area for families, but quite a walk to the main town but not too far. Food wasn't bad and the staff were friendly.

Location: It's a bit of a walk into San Antonio but there is a bus service nearby and you could always get a taxi.
Room lovely and clean. Entertainment staff were great as always. Food good and other staff helpful and friendly.

GOOD HOTEL POOR AREA

GOOD FOOD, FRIENDLY HOTEL, AS THE HOTEL IS OVER 15 MIN WALK FOR A FIT PERSON 30 MIN WALK WITH CHILDREN TO ANY OUTSIDE ENTERTAINMENT, ADULT ENTERTAINMENT WAS POOR IN THE HOTEL , BUT GOOD FOR KIDS. THE STAFF WAS VERY GOOD AND HELPFUL, BAR ALL INC STOPS AT 12, PAY AFTER TILL 1 .
