Family room was spacious for 4 adults. Breakfast was top notch. We were t there for golf, but wanted to stay outside Barcelona to visit Montserrat. Still a bit of a drive, but we liked it being a bit remote.

People of the staff amazing, service in the restaurant to be improved but top people. Special thanks to Arthur reception and for the lovely Veronica, Laia, Marisa, Lorenc and Eugenia in the restaurant. They are definitely the soul of this hotel.

A bit dated and not the most attractive of buildings and beware of additional daily charge for underground parking! Also order your drinks from the main menu or daily cocktail offers We ordered 4 G & T’s and received a bill in the morning for 65€ Breakfast was very nice though

Great dinner and view, it says it’s a golf resort but apparently it’s not available for people who want to practice, the reception told us it’s only for certified players. The spa was unavailable.. the schedule says it’s open from 10 am but I’ve waited for over 30 minutes and no one was there.. reception tried to help without result, it’s a pity as I’ve only booked for this reason and I was very disappointed

Great hotel, a little far from Barcelona!
The hotel is a great destination, with good facilities. I was however disappointed in some aspects of my stay. Firstly, the hotel is lovely, in a great location. Friendly staff, nice bar terrace and good food. As with any hotel, its the little things that sometime taint the experience. For me, it was a couple of small things. Firstly, the phone in the room was not connected, so I had to pop to reception when I needed assistance with taxi etc. I also found it strange, for a 4 night stay, after I used the 2 complimentary water bottles these were not replaced. I also had "Free Parking" as part of the Hotels.com silver membership. But the hotel clearly had no idea about this. Their free parking is on-street. The secure car park is chargeable. Then, there is the distance from Barcelona. I knew the hotel was out of town, I booked it for this reason, but the taxi services in this area will cost you 70-80 euros each way to get to the Gothic area of Barcelona, something to factor in, should you want to do some sightseeing, and enjoy some wine. But overall, I suspect most people will book here to visit the hotel/spa etc, and for that its a great place.

Un buen sitio al que no volver
Nos vimos obligados a pedir el cambio 3 veces de habitaciónes por qué en todas faltaba mantenimiento, por daños y suciedad. En la 3⁰ habitación que fué en la que finalmente nos instalamos las sabanas estaban manchadas de negro , no hay servicio de habitaciónes( en el cual un hotel de 4 estrellas y media que dicen tener) deberían tener, los baños de la cafetería en condiciones deplorables, él spa nos dijeron que estaban cerrados por mantenimiento(era el motivo por el que fuimos) y vimos desde fuera a través de la cristalera que estaba en funcionamiento. Quisimos comer en el restaurante, el menú es bastante básico(del cual añadió que es también para cenas), con precios desorbitados. El desayuno se abono a precio de oro todo era recalentado, seco y pobre, pedimos que nos hicieran al momento algo caliente y nos dijeron que todo era congelado y que lo calentasemos nosotros en la tostadora, ni si quiera habia zumos naturales sino de bricks. Parece que cuando se abrió el hotel si que tendría esas cuatro estrellas y media que indica, pero con el poco mantenimiento y falta de calidad en los servicios, actualmente la valoración de este hotel no es más que uno de 3 estrellas. Nos sentimos engañados en todo momento, por eso mi consejo aparte de evitar este lugar que no merece casi ni tres estrellas, que siempre estén bien acompañados en su habitación como yo tuve la suerte de ello, sino se tornariá en una experiencia bastante triste. hotel bello, ma con GRAVI problemi di pulizia. Appena arrivato in camera, ho trovato il WC sporco, una bottiglia di acqua già aperta ed usata ed un oggetto dell'ospite precedente. Questo vuol dire che la camera NON è stata pulita in modo corretta e per un hotel 4 stelle NON è accettabile.

Hôtel parfait dans les environs de Barcelone
Très bel hôtel à proximité de Barcelone, au calme , adossé à un golf de bonne qualité. Les chambres sont conformes à la description sur le site, le petit déjeuner buffet est très complet et savoureux. La demi-pension est recommandable, car il ne s'agit pas d'un buffet impersonnel et de piètre qualité comme c'est souvent le cas, mais d'un menu complet avec trois choix pour chaque plat, copieux et bien présentés.

Preis-Leistung ok, Staubsauger würde helfen
Das Hotel war fast leer. Auf Google hatte ich schlechte Rezensionen über die Sauberkeit und das Essen gelesen und war etwas besorgt. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Zimmer gross. Leider war der Teppich im Zimmer sehr schmutzig (ich glaube die haben da keinen Staubsauger ?!) Frühstücksbuffet ist ok, aber sehr teuer mit 18 € pro Person. Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant war mega sympathisch! Ein grosses Plus!
