Nice hotel, good value with good transport links.

Pros: Breakfast, transport links, nice rooms
Cons: Temperature control for the rooms
Location: Supermarket nearby, good tram and bus links. Nou camp not too far away
This was our first visit to Barcelona and we thoroughly enjoyed the city, beach and the football! (Barca v PSG 6.1) The transport links from the hotel were excellent

Pros: not much ,we asked if we can adjust the air condition cos it was boiling and they said its winter so they cannot adjust the temp to bit cool
Cons: communication skill
Location: good location
staff are good on the desk that night we arrived, but the waitress on that 13/02/17 night is bit rude on her reaction face I'm asking only a favour and her reaction and her face reaction was rude you can tell her on her action next day breakfast I have a 2 kids aged 4 and 8 my younger one made a bit mess the waitress are shouting on the kitchen door cos my 4 y/old accidentally drop the cakes, I do understand what she is referring too and make my family unhappy on her what reaction what I did is personally I cleaned the mess

Definitely not a 4 star.

Told by hotel there was air conditioning when I booked it. On arrival told it was winter therefore no air conditioning available only heating. Room got very warm and uncomfortable and we were told to open window which made it very noisy during the night. No sofa as described in booking. Simply don't get what is told in booking. Not many facilities downstairs all closes at 11pm but were told it was 24 hour. Not children friendly will not recommend this to anyone for a stay for over 1 night. Very disappointed.

Very nice hotel, close to tram, and bus line

Pros: Room, A Queen bed instead of two twin beds stuck together. Thats a Plus.
Cons: 24 hour room service. Its outside of the city and if at night you get hungry you get stuck with the minibar because there isnt anything open at night.
Location: Tram and bus line near so you can get to the city in about 15 20 minutes. Local restaurants around that are really good.
Very nice hotel. close to Tram and bus line. A Little outside of the city but very convenient to get anywhere you want. And for the price you get a really nice hotel.

Barcelona trip

The hotel location is quite far from the Barcelona centre but considering it I always enjoy staying with Novotel so we didn't mind. There is a 5 min walk to the tram or the bus stop is just a 1 minute away.The staff at reception were helpful and always giving a smile...The food is a bit pricey for dinner but we had the breakfast buffet included in our stay and I think it was worth it, they had continental breakfast my children enjoyed it...Barcelona is a nice place to visit and Montserrat mountains is also a plus. The hotel is situated in a location where there are no good reataurants nearby but we found a tiny one which do nice tapa and pasta for fhe kids.The room is always clean after a busy day of sightseeing and I would like to commend on that.The Wifi is excellent I hope all the hotels are like that. Apart from the location we couldnt fault it...The bar is a tiny bit pricey, but there is a gas station next to the hotel which had a shop for beer and drinks....Thank you we enjoyed our stay

The room & the bathroom have enough big space.

Pros: The room and the bathroom are enough big. Wifi internet is good. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Part of mattres had blowout.
Location: Location is far from the city center. There is the tram station that is about 5 ~ 10 minutes far from the hotel.
I stayed here for 3 nights. The bathtub is big. Wifi internet is good and speedy. Amenities are fair. Their scent is good. But there is no toothbrush, no toothpaste in this hotel. Other hotels I stayed also didn't offer them. The room is fair, not new. Always very friendly staff at the front desk. There is a Tram station near this hotel. There is no metro station near here. I could arrive at a metro station by using the tram. I could find some restaurants & supermarkets after I walked for about 5 minutes out of the hotel.
