Told by hotel there was air conditioning when I booked it. On arrival told it was winter therefore no air conditioning available only heating. Room got very warm and uncomfortable and we were told to open window which made it very noisy during the night. No sofa as described in booking. Simply don't get what is told in booking. Not many facilities downstairs all closes at 11pm but were told it was 24 hour. Not children friendly will not recommend this to anyone for a stay for over 1 night. Very disappointed.

As the staff members told you, during the winter season we only have heating in the rooms. We apologize for any inconveniences caused.
