This could have been a good choice. The hotel is undergoing a renovation, which is fine, but let the guests who are expecting a lounge and restaurant know this will not be available. There is nothing in a walkable vicinity except for a grocery. But my biggest issue was that the AC didn’t work- it pumped out heat. When I asked the front desk i was told that it was winter- turn of the AC and open the window. Seriously? It’s the end of March and the temperature that day was over 26c. When I did open the window, I had to open the drapes, which allowed the street lights to illuminate my room. Needless to say, not a restful night. When I mentioned all of this when I checked out, I got a shrug.

Easy access to downtown by tram and bus. Area was quiet which was much needed after the very busy tourist areas. That was much appreciated.

The hotel was nice. Clean. Good sized rooms. Lobby bar was pleasant. Staff was very courteous. Only negative is, it’s far from any major attractions or landmarks, and limited dining options nearby.

Good property- clean ample sized room- out of the way not near central city activities or attractions. Few restaurant choices. Hotel restaurant not open on Friday or Saturday not sure why. Limited breakfast buffet available. Though missing some amenities property did work out for our trip.

the insonorisation was completely absent. In my room was a problem with the windows and it seemed like was open all the time. Because of that it was a lilte bit cold , but in Barcelone it not so important, Instead , I heard every car, tramway, bus from outside.

We used this hotel for an overnight stay prior to flying out of the country, as it was relatively close to the airport in Barcelona. It was a great place to stay, though WiFi did cut in and out. The room was spotless and comfortable. Though the neighborhood was not as "charming" as it might have been closer to the center of Barcelona, the convenience was perfect. We were within walking distance of places to eat. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The customer service was very poor, I truly was shocked by the attitude from the restaurant “manager “ or maybe he was the hotel manager, no idea, he was more concerned about a bus load of people there for a convention or tour, than he was for people that had booked the hotel for a week’s stay- I have traveled to many continents, and I have never been spoken to like I had from him, shocking, in front of my daughter as well. Enough said. We did have a lovely housekeeper though.

Very nice but a bit out of the way. The main restaurant was not open. Breakfast in the morning was fabulous. I would go back.
