"The hotel location is good. This is an old property and the list doesn’t connect to every room. If you go with heavy luggage, carry in the stirs is very difficult. Very limited support from hotel staff."

"STAY AWAY!!!! Great hotel location. Everything else SUCKS. Giovanni is front staff in evening. He is absolutely terrible. Will never go back because of him. Zero customer service and rude. In any other countrytt, he would be fired the first day if he doesn’t get knocked out first.Day staff girl was fantastic but Giovanni needs to be banned from any hospitality business. Sad for such a great location hotel to lose business for one person. Pathetic."

"The hotel is well situated and an ideal base for families who want a bit of a sanctuary away from the main hustle and bustle but still close enough you can walk to those areas in 10-15minutes. The rooms were well furnished, clean and beds super comfortable. The Hydropool was great to relax in at the end of a day sightseeing."

Also, when we needed an iron, we had to wait a full day because the hotel only had two steamers available for guests. Overall, I expected better service from a 4-star hotel."

"we love this hotel so much. it’s our second time coming here and we would even come back a third time! the hotel staff are so wonderful and kind. the rooms and amenities are very well kept and clean. the rooms are spotless and they are perfect sizes for travelling as well. the bar is also open 24/7 which is nice!"

"The rooms are old with minimal furniture. These are accommodations offered to students and by those standards, the condition is pretty poor, The bed was very high and not comfortable, the size was small and the room comforts were pretty poor considering the tariff Social Hub charged. The only positive thing, I can say is that it has a nice roof top bar. Very disappointed."
