“The check in process was smooth, the attendant was very attentive anr kind. However, The property needs some work, the jacuzzi doesnt have hot water as a jacuzzi should, temperature was cold. There are no towels around the jacuzzi unless you request them at the lobby prior to using the jacuzzi. The towels in the rooms had hairs in them, and some stains. The rooms get cleaned daily but only to take trash out, housekeeping doesnt broom. The hotel needs better attention to cleaning details. The hot……

“Los Arcos, offers reliable self catering in Ibiza. They unfortunatley after suffering with major construction work/noise next door that over looked our apartment which is active during work days. If you want peace and quiet and plan to stay on site all day, then you need to consider this. For us, it wasn't much of a bother as we were visiting other places during our trip and by dinner time work had stopped. “The property was exactly what I wanted. A beautiful oceanfront view with nice scents when you walked into the hotel lobby. We had a delicious breakfast every morning. We wish the weather was a little better so we can swim but for the most part we enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Ibiza. ”
