Darling staff

Pros: It was there when we needed it.
Cons: Offer real toothbrushes for sale in the lobby, perhaps in a vending machine.
We were evacuees from the Canyon 2 Fire, arriving with two cars full of what we could grab and no luggage in the normal sense. Expedia listed Clarion as 'pet friendly' but in the middle of checking in we were informed that they only took service animals. The darling person at the desk didn't bat an eye and said since we were 'refugees' my cat became a service animal. We paid an extra fee and were assigned a room at the back. The view was admittedly unlovely, but at that point all we wanted to do was sleep. The room was pleasant with all expected amenities: microwave, fridge, tv, coffee maker with both regular and decaf coffee and tea. Bath was spacious. Small bottles of shampoo, but what excellent shampoo! Apparently it's not sold retail, which is a pity. Towels were hotel standard, but generous in number. Beds and bedding very comfy, with four pillows per bed. Front desk offered complementary toothbrushes and toothpaste, though the toothbrushes were good for one use only. There's a small sandwich shop in the lobby as well as vending machines, and there is a Spoons within walking distance. The cat spent the whole time under the bed. It's safe to say she hated her entire stay.

Quite, clean, good location, great price. Except for difficulty finding ice we were very happy with our stay.

After we got checked in the visit here was good breakfast was good and also had a chef that could could (if u pay) Other than that the room was good and spacious

I had no hot water at 5am to shower and head to the airport. Starting the day with a COLD SHOWER wasn't much fun!

Price is good

Price is good. Started out poorly with no hot water and flooding bathroom but hotel management made it right by moving me to a nice clean room with hot water and everything working. Thanks to excellent staff.

Overall good stay. Clean and cozy. Just need to update the carpet or probably needs deep cleaning.

Overnight for Moving Daughter

Pros: Cleanliness, large bathroom
Cons: The poor cook serving breakfast on a busy Sunday morning needed assistance!
Location: We stayed because our daughter was moving nearby.
The room at the Clarion was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the area surrounding the hotel was quiet.

comfotable hotel at a reasonable price!

We had a remodeled room, so it was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the simple breakfast and the staff. We would stay there again if another conference of event came up.

Nice hotel very quiet

Close to everything, the hotel staff was very friendly and Curtious. The room was clean and nice. Also, it was very quiet and really enjoyed my stay.
