"The house had a great centralized location to downtown Santa Ana! The property was very clean inside and out. The check-in process was somewhat antiquated due to the fact that due to delays we arrived later than expected, and had to still coordinate a face to face hand off of the keys to the location. I think the process could be updated a little bit with maybe a secure Dropbox & a code sent to the renter or something like that. The weather in Santa Ana is very nice but I would have liked if...
