Event center attendees next door took majority of hotel parking. As guest there should be priority spots. Hotel floor smelled like garbage that hadn’t been dumped.

Staff at check in is so rude. Daren either had a bad day or he is unprofessional by nature. His manager Adriana is not much better! We couldn't believe a staff in Holiday inn would act this way. I will take my business and money to where I'm respected.
