Estamos a una corta distancia en auto, Uber o taxi desde el aeropuerto John Wayne. Te encantará mi lugar por el espacio exterior, el vecindario y la cómoda cama. Mi lugar es bueno para familias (con niños), grupos grandes y amigos peludos (se aplican restricciones de raza de mascotas). Si bien somos nuevos en el sistema VRBO, hemos sido anfitriones de familias a través de otro servicio en el que no tenemos nada más que comentarios de 5 estrellas. As others have mentioned it’s in “shabby” condition in general. There are some great things about the house such as the location and the gated community. There were sufficient dishes, pots and pans in the kitchen, which was great. We could easily look past the dings and chips in trim and walls, but all the bedding needs replacing and more frequent cleaning (the coverlet I got was really stained). Carpets also need replacement. The teen in our group described the house as “crusty”. If you get a great deal on the house it could be ok and it had been surface cleaned properly, so I guess you can weigh the cost against the rest. ##### Monica B. The reasons we gave it the 3 out of 5 for cleanliness was that the floors needed to mopped and the master shower was a little dirty. The beds and everything else were quite clean. Very safe neighborhood, close to lots of stores and restaurants. Only a 15 minute drive to Knotts Berry Farm. Jim was very communicative and had everything we needed! He even had cinnamon rolls and orange juice waiting for us in the fridge. Plenty of space, pool and hot tub. The place is dated, but we actually chose it for that reason. We wanted a place that we could be comfortable in since we had a few kids with us. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Erin J.
