Great hotel

Good location. Beatiful facilities. Wonderful staff. We especially loved the availability of bikes to use to go explore

Had a great stay at the Brisas!

The Brisas is in close proximity/walking distance to an array of Santa Barbra activities. Sam at the front desk was very knowledgeable of great restaurants, as well as The Funk Zone Area. He also upgraded our room to one of the best suites in the entire hotel. I will definitely stay here again!!!!

Not what we were expecting

This is a Motel. It's like a mildly upgraded Motel 6. Staff is super friendly, but the facility is in bad need of a complete update. We were in the best room and it was still in bad need of modernization. Breakfast is truly continental and workout facilities are really non-existent. Spend the money and stay somewhere else.

Nice Hotel close to Harbor

Pros: Little extras and friendly staff and nice room
Location: Walking distance to the Harbor for dinner. Easy on and off from the 101
We were welcomed by Frank at the front desk at 4. Friendly and welcoming. Complementary wine and cheese from 4:30 to 6. Room was great with welcoming bottle of Champagne. After dinner at the Harbor Came back to warm cookies in the lobby. Comfortable bed and good night sleep. Continental breakfast in the lobby in the morning. Very pleasant stay.

We had a great stay. Room was very spacious and nice. Staff was super. Free bikes were a very nice benefit.

Best value in the area for the price

I live in Los Angeles and work in Santa Barbara. I drive up once a week and stay in a hotel from one to four nights a week. I have stayed in several of the $200 range hotels in the area. For the price this hotel is the way above the rest. Large rooms, friendly staff, close to the water and downtown. You really can’t beat it. Hopefully you won’t read this so I will be able to book a room here when I want!

The hotel was nice, clean, the staff were nice.

I checked in very late, I was starving after 5 hour of drive. The front desk not only gave me the best room, but also offered wine, cheese and cookies. He was very nice gentleman. Next day they let my mother stay in room late. The breakfast was good. Overall the experience was excellent. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Location: Close to everything, the beach, State Street, the harbor and the wharf
We decided on a vacation close to home where we could relax and enjoy great weather and beautiful location. It didn't disappoint. The zoo is amazing, highly recommend it.

Great value

Pros: Location, free breakfast, quaint decor, hot tub.
Perfect stay for our Santa Barbara girls trip. Close to the wharf and the funk zone. We loved the free cruisers at our disposal as well as the free breakfast.
