What a cute, quaint, and comfortable place in SB. Each member of the staff went out of their way to be nice and helpful. The breakfast selections were nice with something for everyone. Nice to have access to pool and hot tub. And free parking! Would stay here again.

I was in Santa Barabara on business trip and found this hotel close to the beach. I liked that is was very easy to check in, staff were all very pleasant and there was an elevator. I would for sure stay again.

The hotel staff showed a great commitment to customer service, and the breakfast was a great surprise. The location and our room (though, very clean) did not meet our expectations. Crossing by the 101 on our walk to State St seemed unsafe, also we could hardly turn around in the bathroom, and missed having a towel rack. We had issues with the bedding as well - the mattress pad bunched up uncomfortably and bottom sheet did not stay in place.

This place was very clean, and had amazing smelling lotions and hair products to use. Only downfall was I ran out of conditioner in the middle of showering (it's a refill on the wall type). Fresh and clean linens, towels, comfy beds. I felt really safe-there was another door that needed your key to get into our hallway. Friendly staff, loved the mural on the back of the wall along with the lighting! Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for only a night, but easily the best place we stayed on our 10 day trip. The hotel is unassuming on the outside, but nicely kept and modernized inside. Our room and bathroom were extremely clean. The staff were kind and welcoming during every interaction I had with them. The breakfast had a lot of great options. We stayed on the ground floor, and I usually strongly prefer the 2nd floor or above, but I felt really safe. I appreciated the comfy beds, modern features, updated bathroom fixtures, and good lighting options.

I think this property is well located. We walked to the harbor, the pier and restaurants. There is a park across the street which makes for a nice view and highway 101 is just a few blocks away.

The young man at the front was extremely professional and super helpful. The lady helping with breakfast that day was super nice and clean. Fast restock on the breakfast items that were out and the food was amazing. I have never been to an inn with so many good breakfast options. The rooms were clean and it’s walkable to many areas. Highly recommend!

We stayed at most of the hotels in the area and this one is pretty good for the 2 day stay we had! We will stay here next time for sure. 2 blocks to the harbor and about 3-4 blocks to sterns pier and state st. The breakfast was plenty and I ate very well if you know what I mean!

Staff at the Hotel were friendly, helpful and Courteous. Renovated rooms were nice, beds comforatable. The included breakfast was good to start to the day. The location was excellent. Staff were incredibly pleasant. The place was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. We spent a bit of time around the pool and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Staff has been super friendly. There's coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby at all hours and they had fresh cookies in the afternoon. We haven't had the breakfast yet but I expect it to be great.
