Pros: The great location and the great breakfast.
Cons: The carpet in the room could use an upgrade.
Location: There are excellent restaurants, shops, wine tasting bars, and bike rental shops close by.
The B&B was in a great location, walking distance to State Street and all the local shops, restaurants, etc. The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. The breakfast in the morning was very good as well as the afternoon dessert and tea time. I would definitely go back to this B&B.

Pros: Breakfast, location, excellent hosts/staff.
Location: State street! Great shopping and dining! Close drive to beach.
I stayed here on a solo vacation in which I just wanted to be walking distance from state street. It was perfect! Super cozy, delicious homemade breakfast, and they even offer a great afternoon tea with fresh baked goods and wine/cheese hour! I can not wait to return.

Pros: Breakfast was the best thing about the Inn, hearty, homemade and extremely tasty. Staff was very helpful and our bed was comfortable.
Cons: It would help if blanket was completely covered (a comforter cover would be nice).
We had a great time staying at the Inn. Breakfast was the best thing about the Inn, hearty, homemade and extremely tasty. Staff was very helpful and our bed was comfortable. Location is excellent. Downtown SB is pretty and interesting. Beaches are fantastic. Surfing lesson for my daughter was very easy to arrange.

Premier experience

My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at the Bath Street Inn and enjoyed every moment! Our room was spacious and decorated in the lovely Victorian style. Upon our arrival, many luscious homemade goodies were offered for tea time. Although we missed the happy with wine and more treats, I'm sure it was yummy. We went down for breakfast around 8:30 and were waited on hand and foot throughout the meal! All the ladies that served us were so kind and attentive. We started with a lovely bowl of homemade granola but the berry-stuffed french toast was the highlight! The coffee was also much better than expected. We will not wait another 30 years to return to this gem!

Location: Short walk to State Street restaurants.
The owners and staff are terrific. Very nice breakfast and food available throughout the day and evening. A short walk to excellent restaurants- Vicki recommended Opal and it was superb. The price is very reasonable. The location is very convenient.

Pros: Food, service and location
Cons: The bed could be more comfortable.
Location: Three blocks from State Street where all the best restaurants and shopping are located.
The food, service and location was superb; everything we could have wished for. Our only complaint was the bed could have been more comfortable for the price. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we felt like we were staying with family!

Charming B&B in good location

Pros: Vicki was friendly. She made sure we were comfortable and provided good advice when we needed a gift for a friend. Food was fresh and good.
Cons: Room was very small. Bed had footboard, uncomfortable for tall husband.
Location: 6 blocks from State Street. Easy walk to restaurants and other business district attractions.
Bath Street Inn is well located in walking distance from State Street. It is quiet and the owner/manager is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. When we arrived, cheese, crackers, cookies and tea were available. Room was small, hard to move around with luggage. Bed had footboard which was uncomfortable for my tall husband. Recommending checking room in advance before reserving.
