Decent hotel, converted motel-style accomodations

Our experience with this hotel was good overall. However, travelers should be aware that the property is converted motel-style accomodations. This means exterior corridors, stairwells, and elevator access, and windows that look out onto the exterior passageways. In other words, if you open your curtains, anyone walking past on the outside corridor is right at your window.
The lobby furnishings were updated and pleasant. Breakfast is a style buffet, with eggs, bacon, and a couple of self-serve waffle makers. Overall it was a bit of a disappointment, not nearly enough seating and the utensils were cheap plastic stuff. The breakfast at other budget hotels we stayed at is better (Best Western, for example).
The room itself was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was recently upgraded to a spacious, modern style that was nearly on par with much higher-end hotels. Beds were comfortable.
Would be a good value somewhere around 150 bucks per night.
