Hi there, I’m not that much old, but remember good times, when something was wrong, Front Desk ( Shearon, Marriott & intourist too). Would apologies & tried to accommodate your needs. Now was different, room was facing highway ( nothing mentioned reg. that at the reviews). King of shocked and asked to move the room - facing any other direction…. And guess what - they technically have to blame me and ask additional charge ( hidden fees). What was this park of the World tern into? P.S. it’s my first visit, full of stress and inhuman robotic behaviour from stuff in General. Nothing morality has been introduced here. How is thst, plz someone explane.
