Need beetter housekeeping.
You get what you pay for. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty. Shower curtain had blood on it. Walls had stains. Room was poorly swept. Tub had stains.

1. I advanced pd for a "1 bed" room; they put us in a "2bed" room. If I had pd in advance, for a "1bed" room, that room should have been saved for me. Instead I was told there were no more left. (Not my problem!) 2. The interior of the whole room looked as if recently updated. That part was good but the plumbing did not allow me to take a comfortable shower. 3. Whomever did the upgrades did a good job but you could tell the painter did not know how to paint professionally. I can agree we all have to save on costs but..................... 4. There was no towel rack for towels; again the whole room looked unfinished. I had prepaid and next time, Id like to get what I advanced paid for. That's all.

Staff very friendly and ok. Motel is old and not well taken care of. Bed very noisy. A lot of noise from people outside our door. Not sure if they were even staying at the place or just trespassing.

This facility is very run down, frayed cords, broken remotes, unknown greasey material left on the lamps and bathroom walls, shower head falling apart. The linens felt clean but there is no attention to detail to repaint or fix rusty handles on drawers and doors, trash sitting outside of room doors, homeless people visiting guests all hours of the night, people working on their cars in the parking lot. The walls are thin and I had to wear earplugs to not hear the visitors talking outside of guests's rooms. The staff was sufficiently curteous but no one came by to clean the room or offer me new towels, etc for the 3 days I was there and didn't advise me that room service needed to be requested. Much of the problems outside probably just has to do with it being Lompoc, but even with multiple security cameras outside I did not feel safe where I would come back with my family. I was waiting to have my truck broken into every night. I think half the people staying there are on probation and/or rehab.

I asked for a non- smoking room, was placed in smelly, smoking room. Bedsheets and floors were dirty. Furniture was dirty, loose and/or broken. We complained and were switched to a double when we had specifically asked for a king. White guests were given the “better rooms” while “locals” (Hispanics and blacks) were places in the bad rooms. The area is shady and surroundings feel unsafe.

They house long term residents that bring in rif raf. The resident's are nice and polite though. Just kinda skecthy for me. Rooms are nice and clean, accommodations are as expected, but, when you check on and the guy gives you 2 rolls of tp? You start asking yourself questions.

No towels in room and floor was very dirty, might not be noticeable at first glance but if you walk around barefoot or in socks you see how dirty it is. Left door sign to get the room cleaned before I left in the morning at around 9am and when I got back at around 8pm the room was exactly how I left it, called front desk and they where very apologetic and sen't someone to clean a bit later so in that respect service was ok but then you have to leave your room again to get it cleaned and usually when you arrive at your room you just want to take a shower and go to bed.

This hotel was clearly a popular spot to party and do drugs. We were woken up at 12:30am by an intoxicated person looking for someone who had recently been evicted from the same room hours earlier. Our second room smelled like cat urine - they are pet friendly. The third room was good enough and it was late enough that I didnt care about cleanliness at that point. The next morning as I got in the shower I was attacked by a dirty pair of panties someone had left hanging on the shower curtain. The room smelled like smoke. The drawer in the cabinet next to the bed had a mysterious liquid in it. They are pet friendly and the host and staff were friendly and accommodating. We got the sense that weren’t enough staff to keep things clean and safe. The woman who cleaned the room we eventually stayed in was woken up in the middle of the night to do so. There were no fewer than five abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. The bedding was clean and the room was clean enough even if the rest of the hotel was wanting. We only had a two night stay and decided to drive home instead of staying the second night.

At first glance looking at the Red Roof was very nice, getting checked in was easy. But once we got to our room it was a total different story. My partner found blood stains on her pillow, ceiling had blood stains as well. The room did not seem inviting at all and towels were also not cleaned.

I thought the Red Roof Inn was a great place to stay. Affordable price, very friendly check in person who immediately responded to our room when we called that our tv wasn't working. Very clean room, right in the heart of town.

cleaning every 3 days if you stay longer than that. it depends on who is working on weather or not you just get sheets changed or whole room cleaned and you will be skipped over unless you call or go to office before 10am to request the service. even than you may get skipped if they are behind for incomming guests rooms initial checkin room had been slept in and trash and tub needed cleaning they corrected it immediatly

HORRIBLE! Rooms were dirty. One of the rooms TV did not work at all. We asked to get it checked out but no one ever went even though we were told they would. Non smoking rooms and one of them smelled like smoke as soon as we opened the door. No housekeeping. We went out expecting our rooms to be cleaned up. Beds made. Trash out. New clean towels and when we got back that night it was as we had left it. One of the rooms had a half used toilet paper roll and we never got any more. There was no irons in the room. Overall it was not a good stay.

The staff were polite and friendly. The property, however, leaves much to be desired. There were at least 3 groups of people loudly arguing just outside the doors, the room we resetved wasn't ready, the poor young man at the front had to go and ask his cleaning person if there was a similar one available(there wasn't)
