This property was in a great location and the staff were very friendly. The bed was super comfortable if you prefer soft beds. If you prefer firm, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The only downside other than the noise of cars going by on the busy street outside the hotel was the condition of the property. The unit above us was leaking and at 11:30 at night water dripped all over our bathroom from the upstairs guests showering. Definitely needs to be repaired. Also bring your own shampoo.

Easy drive to convention center, clean newly remodeled rooms, lots of places to eat within walking, great staff attentive to anything I needed. What a gem of a find!

I had a newly furnished room with a huge TV that had about a billion channels. Check-In was easy since they have a little kiosk with a nice lady inside that can check you in. parking is very close to the rooms. The area was an older part of Santa Clara on El Camino Real. Cool and fun food from Taco bell to Korean BBq and Indian food. The host Raoul was great! I have booked 2 more nights for next week. It's clean, safe and all for a very good price.

I really liked what I saw when I walked into the room. The decor was nice, it was clean, smelled clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the shower pressure! I would stay here again. The outside of the property was nice it had beautiful flowers and blue lights at night it was clean too, and easy free parking. The only things I felt could be upgraded were the towels and the shampoo and body wash. They were not bad, but improving them would be good as well as adding a full-length mirror.
